I don’t usually put reviews even if its bad, but this is so disappointing that I hope my message comes into the attention of the owner that this is straight up scam, I am traveling in St. Petersburg and quite shameful to put such “museum” like this among all the best museums the city can offer.. I hope you can properly make an improvement that will be worth on how much the people are paying

Very cool experience for adults and children. The master course is mostly for the children. The staff are amazing very friendly and found a way to communicate with me in English. Lots of wizardry effects and well done. It is small but it's enough. The staff also really do become Harry Potter characters. Cheaper to buy tickets online.
