We were extremely unpleasantly surprised by the service, or rather by its absence. After 25 minutes of waiting, the order was not accepted. When leaving the establishment, we offered to pay for the previously ordered water. No one thought to apologize, stop and offer at least a minimal way to make up for the completely ruined evening. Unexpectedly for a restaurant of this chain.
