The standard hotel room size does not match the declared one.And there are questions about the room price -I booked at the booking office initially the room cost 14t rubles for two nights, but when booking a day later they wrote that there were no rooms left.But voila, the same number appeared a day later, but for 19t rubles.On the plus side, the staff answers any questions, and the owner himself drove to the Goreme bus station.

Nice hotel. Breakfast is included in the room rate. There is a barbecue area and a well-maintained courtyard. A parking space was also provided upon check-in. Excellent quality-price ratio, in my opinion :)
