Very good hotel. It is quite oriented for Russian speaking people. I was able to chose a half board option with breakfast and dinner. They are both great! Very tasty, reach of choices, every day different theme for dinner. Highly recommended. The hotel itself a little age, but very well maintained. The pool is very good.

An excellent hotel is located on Dubai Marina, near the metro.
Most of the excursions were taken by metro, it is very convenient, there are air conditioners everywhere.
It takes 10-15 minutes on foot to the beach, but it's hard in the heat, it's better to take the hotel minibus (Shuttle).
The hotel has a shuttle that takes vacationers to the beach, then the Marina Mall and back to the hotel runs according to schedule. The furniture is a little old, but it's not rusty. The plumbing is new, everything works. The hotel has a swimming pool, pool bar, towels.
The breakfasts are good, there are no queues, we also took dinners. There have always been meat dishes.
The window has a great view of Dubai Marina.
There are many cafes near the hotel.

I had a rest with my daughter from 09/25/24 to 10/22/24.
I really liked this hotel. Friendly staff, there are Russian speakers, it is especially convenient.
Upon check-in, we were greeted with a refreshing drink. It was especially pleasant after a long journey.
The room is spacious, it has everything you need. Ironing board, iron, slippers and bathrobe, coffee machine with capsules, kettle, tea leaves, coffee.
In the bathroom there is shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, soap, body lotion, shaving machine, cotton swabs and discs, nail file, shower cap. Everything was replenished when spending. There was bottled water in the room.
Location - 15 min to the beach. There is a shuttle service to the beach, but we did not use it. The metro is also a 10-15 minute walk away. Dubai Marina Shopping Center is within walking distance.
There is a swimming pool on the ground floor. Towels for sun beds were given out with a deposit of 100 dirhams. But you can have your own, except for the white ones from the room.
Very tasty and varied food.
The dinners were dedicated to the cuisine of different countries. There was enough food for everyone, there were no queues, everything was replenished.
There are many meat dishes, cheese with white mold and dor blue, red fish salted and baked. Interesting mini snacks, regularly delicious pizza.
A separate delight is the variety of cakes and pastries for dinner.
Unfortunately, tea and coffee for dinner are available for a fee. Only a 1.5L bottle of water is included.
Omelets, fried eggs, pancakes and waffles were fried for breakfast.
There were hot soups and porridges.
In general, no one will go hungry.
Many thanks to the chefs for such delicious food.

We had a rest from 22.02-01.03.2025.
Excellent location. Within walking distance of JBR beach, Dubai Marina Mall, canal embankment, DMCC metro, Ferris wheel. The hotel has good service and friendly staff, they respond instantly and help solve any problems. The food in the main restaurant is not fancy, but there is a choice.You won't stay hungry. The hotel also has a heated swimming pool, but we did not swim, as the weather was windy and cool (+21 C) during our vacation. In my opinion, excellent value for money.

A very decent hotel in the Marina area, the staff is polite, there is always a Russian speaker at the reception. Spacious rooms with high ceilings. The climate system works perfectly. It is well located. DMCC metro station is 5-10 minutes on foot, the beach is 15 minutes away, but you can get there by shuttle. There are shops and cafes nearby. Meals at the hotel for a solid 4. Minus - construction is currently underway right in front of the hotel, but it does not bother much and is compensated by other advantages of the hotel.

Of the cons: the tired renovation of the hotel, but generally not bad, and the musty smell in the room and the biggest minus, but no longer the hotel, is the Anex tour hotel guide, just disgusting, deceived about all the excursions (and in terms of travel time (one promised that it would take 1h20 minutes to get there, but we drove for 5 hours) and the content is sad (promised something that is not there). We stayed at this hotel in November 2024. The hotel was very pleased. The rooms are clean, cozy, and tidy. The beds are super comfortable, with nice linens. This is a very cool hotel on the Marina, we spent a week like one day. We lived on the 29th floor with a view of the bay. The view is amazing, and the night view is just a fairy tale. The food is very decent. Considering that this is not the first time my family and I have been to Dubai, but we have lived both on a Palm Tree and in the center next to the Emirates Mall (reviews are below). The gala dinner and the performance are great too. The Russian-speaking staff is a plus for the hotel, both in the restaurant and at the reception. We stayed at the hotel from September 18 to September 25, 2024. The hotel is excellent, the food is super, be sure to take breakfasts and dinners, the dinners are great,every day there is a different kitchen, everything is expensive and tasteless outside, so it's better to order breakfasts and dinners right away. The hotel's feature is the location: Dubai Marina, Marina Mall, the beach is within walking distance and with such views, you do not notice the road, and a free bus runs every hour from the hotel to the beach and to the Mall. There are Russian-speaking staff, any issues are solved instantly, the beds are super comfortable, it was difficult to get out of them in the morning)
P.S.: after reading the reviews, I was horrified. People who write negative things are probably used to Turkey with huge territories and everything is included. We stayed in this hotel for 10 days. I left a pleasant impression. The room is on the 22nd floor with a beautiful view, the photo was taken there, everything was necessary, clean.
The only thing is that the temperature is automatically maintained at +22, which is a bit cold outside after Dubai's +35. We turned it off, but as we left the room, it turned on at +22 again.
We've been in the room a little bit, we're used to it.

Just returned from a vacation at this hotel, I liked everything, I want to comment on some reviews :
1) the food is good, you will not be hungry, you can choose from different cheeses, nuts, shish kebab, seafood, etc. Of course it happens better, but the food in this hotel is good
2) there is a view of the construction site, but you didn't come to look out the window, did you? It didn't bother us at all
3) the sound insulation is excellent, we didn't hear anyone, neither the construction site nor the neighbors

Great hotel! We had a rest in March 2024. Metro, shops, cafes, walking area along the canal, beach...everything is within walking distance. The rooms are very spacious, a giant bed, snow-white linen, several pillows and blankets. Not a bad hotel in a good area of Dubai. The food is so-so, nothing for breakfast yet, for dinner every evening there is a themed kitchen, with a child and a weak stomach, you definitely should not choose this hotel. There is no dietary food. Everything is with sauces and most of the dishes are spicy. The rooms are cold and there is a strong smell of air fresheners everywhere. Of the advantages, when they asked to change the room (the first option did not suit, the tc went to the construction site) - they changed it, but not immediately, the next day - thanks for that. The parking attendants were well cleaned and very friendly, they made all the impression about the hotel and the people in the emirates. Nice spa and swimming pool.

We had a rest in October 2024
1. The hotel is nice, well-maintained, Russian-speaking staff, the room is also good, partial view of the construction site, but nothing critical. The room is quiet, you can't hear anyone or anything.
2. We were with a child, the child has nothing much to do there. There is a children's room with cubes, but it doesn't do any good.
For some reason, you can't go to the spa with children.
The children's pool is cool. But since we were at the end of October, it's windy on the roof and you can only swim in the morning, then the shade and it gets very cold.
But there are bars and a club upstairs for adults. I think anyone without children will be cool.
3. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the sea. There is a transfer service, but we only used it once. We walked.
The sea was super warm, but to be honest, the beach wasn't very nice (((we took a taxi a couple of times to another one-Kite, it's much cooler there. Cool, youthful, the water is great.
4. The breakfasts were delicious.
We didn't buy lunch, but we went to the restaurant a couple of times so as not to go anywhere for lunch, but apart from the vegetable soup for $ 15-20 (super tasty and a large plate), there was nothing to eat, especially on the menu, so we had to walk across the street to a Turkish restaurant (I highly recommend it) and there is another one nearby- Kazakh or I don't remember Uzbek. All Russian speakers, I recommend the same.
5. If you go to the amusement parks in Abu Dhabi, there is a FREE round-trip transfer - Yas Island - Google it. You will save 10-15 thousand rubles and do not be afraid to go - buses run there according to the schedule, search for your area on the website and in the application and see where they come from. Just don't take your suitcases, we saw how someone was not taken with suitcases.
There is a cool cafe on the beach with a Masha and the Bear children's area. The kids will be thrilled.
There is a cool amusement park near Masha and the Bear. There's also a profitable money exchanger right next to it.
Yandex used the taxi this time. The price does not differ from Careem at all

On the ground floor there is a swimming pool (for children and adults), towels are given in exchange for cards. Important! The hotel has a deposit (but it is refunded in dirhams at check-out), we were not warned, so there was such a surprise. Including the tourist tax and the deposit - 127
dollars. Dollars are accepted at the hotel only new ones from 2006. Unionpay cards are not accepted at the reception. Check-in is not from 14, but from 15.00 (they said that now many hotels are switching to such check-in) in general, at check-out / check-in, you can leave your suitcase under supervision at the reception. There is a Russian-speaking receptionist and a concierge. All the disadvantages are interrupted by the kitchen - breakfast and dinner in our case. The cooking is just a delight! The air conditioner in the room has its own life: you turn it off, it turns on when it's already cold. The bathroom is very cold, and you constantly have to drain the hot water for 10-15 minutes until it heats up. The food after New Year's Eve (1.01) is generally disgusting: we just ate everything that was left in the evening. It's clear that everyone has a New Year, but we paid in full, so it wasn't pleasant either.
A 7-month-old child rested with us, there is no cot in the room. And when I came to ask for reception, they stopped understanding me in Russian.
The cherry on the cake is a construction site. You wake up in the morning and are greeted by 4 Indians 5 meters away in a house under construction nearby. Sometimes it was even scary to walk, with a strong wind, piles of trash and dust flew around the construction site. Which is just as little pleasant.
The pastry chef was very pleased: delicious cakes and pastries. The location is ideal for us: the metro is nearby, the beach is 10 minutes away, a supermarket is nearby, a cafe for every taste is within walking distance.
It is not clear in which year the hotel received 5 stars .

The construction site is visible from the window, but, in general, it does not bother.
There was a great Gala dinner for the New Year. That was it, except without Olivier. Lots of seafood, oysters, shrimps.

We stayed at this hotel in mid-November. We arrived at the hotel at 7 a.m., checked in immediately. The room really got a view of the construction site, but for us it was not a problem, because we came to relax, and not look out the window. The room is quiet, we did not hear the noise from the construction site, which many complain about. There was definitely no one working or making noise there at night.
The room itself was spacious and bright. A large bathroom, it had both a shower and a bathtub, which is very convenient. Towels and toiletries were changed every day.
We took breakfasts and dinners, the food was good, there was always enough. The dinners were themed, sometimes standard Italian, seafood, etc., and sometimes specific Asian, Mexican, these days the food was of course heavily seasoned with various spices, but there were always several standard dishes that were not seasoned with spices and which are perfect for people with sensitive digestion.
We walked to the beach and sometimes took the bus, the bus takes us away from the hotel and there is a cleaner beach. The beach next to the hotel is dirtier and there are more people there.

It's a very good hotel, according to the criterion of price / quality - what you need. The marina and the sea with a Ferris wheel and a promenade are a 10-minute walk away. Shops, metro station, everything is nearby.
The breakfasts were excellent, the pool wasn't very big, and the sun was only out in the morning, but it didn't bother me.

The staff is polite, they respond immediately to all requests, 3 Russian-speaking people at the reception. Comfortable mattress and pillows of different stiffness. A special thrill is the bed linen, it is very pleasant to the body, like silk, with unobtrusive embroidery. When booking, they indicated that they would not get a view of the construction site, they gave us a good view, but the 4th floor, they asked for a high floor, was free only with a view of the construction site on the 23rd floor, they allowed us to go and compare, an employee accompanied us, showed everything, in the end we left the original room, the luggage was delivered as soon as we decided. The receptionist said that we could come up at 8 a.m. to find another room on a high floor with a good view, because every day someone moves out, this approach was pleasant, but we decided to leave everything as it is. The hotel has a pleasant fragrance everywhere, there are always fresh flowers in the lobby. The breakfasts are delicious, there is food for every taste, by the way, there is a buffet on 2 sides of the entrance and the food there is different, we did not know for the first few days that there was also a distribution on the other side. You can eat on the summer porch, the only problem is the crows, if you put a plate on the table and go for coffee, they will steal your food and you will no longer eat from this plate, you will have to type again.
The adapter for the outlet needs to be asked at the reception, as well as the toothpaste, everything will be brought, one evening they asked for a couple of bags of black tea, they brought a generous number of bags. They give you as much water as you ask, and they don't limit themselves to a couple of bottles. The Wi-Fi is fast, they clean up every day, I can't say anything bad at all. Regarding the air conditioner and the cold, everything is easily solved, the system in the hotel is such that as soon as you leave, the air conditioner automatically turns on at 21 degrees (the settings you set go wrong), in order to prevent this from happening, there is an additional card that you leave in your pocket, then nothing will change, if the air conditioner is turned off, it will remain turned off if the temperature is set to 24, it means it will work with this temperature. Speaking of hotel loyalty, we lost our key card and were not fined. Beautiful fast elevator.

The breakfasts are gorgeous, a decent selection of dishes, awesome freshly squeezed juices (especially mango and watermelon). The room is cleaned daily and of high quality, the room is fresh, spacious, with panoramic Windows. I was very pleased with the capsule coffee machine right in the room, the capsules were replenished daily for free. The impression of the hotel is only positive. I advise everyone, you will not regret it.

We stayed here in April 2024 for 7 nights. Friendly, competent Russian-speaking staff at the reception and in the restaurant. Freshly cut flowers occupy an entire table in the hotel lobby. The elevators are spacious and fast, and the waiting time for the elevator is minimal. A free hotel shuttle runs every hour to the JBR public beach, which stops at the Dubai Marina Mall on the way back, which is very convenient. DMCC Metro Station is a five-minute walk from the hotel. The view from the hotel is only on the city, and a building is being built across the street from it, so you may not be lucky with a view on this side. The room has everything you need, and even an ironing board with an iron, and a sewing kit, and a capsule coffee machine. The bathroom has a shower, a bathtub, a bidet, scales, two sinks, which is very convenient. Towels are changed and cleaning is done daily. We had breakfast included; the choice was varied, but there were no meat dishes except sausages and bacon. We bought dinner a couple of times, meat dishes were plentiful at dinner, and, in principle, both dinners were very diverse. However, there was a significant disadvantage - only mineral water was available for dinner; there was no tea, coffee, or juice, and there were no other drinks.
Some more momets in this five-star hotel were confused: everything seemed to be cleaned, clean linen and towels, but there was dirt on the baseboard of the wardrobe and under the glass on the bedside table. There is an installation in the form of waves on each floor near the elevators: so there is an old layer of dust on these waves.
