Excellent price/quality ratio. The rooms, of course, are already shabby, but everything is clean, the cleaning is on top, linen/towels are ok. The rooftop pool is ok, corresponds to the class of the hotel. You can refresh yourself in the evening, it is inconvenient to swim for a long time. In the same building there is a large and inexpensive supermarket with a bunch of all kinds of stuff + a grocery store. The exchanger is normal. I didn't really like the food at the cafe at the hotel, but the Indian restaurant on the other side of the building went perfectly. I was on business, so the distance from the beach was not annoying, but the metro nearby was very useful. The Dubai Mall is easily accessible on foot. 5-7 minutes to the subway, and there it is already under air conditioning.

I am sharing a review about this hotel. The price-quality hotel is excellent. The room was taken with a view of the Burj Khalifa. The room is a little tired, of course, but the plumbing is good, there is a kitchenette, everything works, there is a safe, an ironing board and an iron in the room. There is a lotion, hair conditioner, a set of discs, sticks and a hat)) we slept like the dead)), I had normal breakfasts, I could choose something for myself (wow, there was no variety). In general, I recommend it as a city hotel. The staff is all polite!
Note: it is noisy from the highway if you sleep with an open balcony, for example (if you are on the side of the Burj Khalifa). The hotel is in the shopping center (quiet). There is a grocery store and a good exchange and souvenirs (average). A nice cafe in the shopping center on the other side of the hotel.

Excellent price-quality ratio. For this area, a 5-minute walk from the metro, the price is excellent. The view from the window in the photo. The room is large, there is a small kitchen, a microwave, an iron, all bathroom amenities including a bathrobe and slippers. There are towels, sun beds, and a small bar in the rooftop pool. The breakfast is excellent, and the choice and quality of cooking are excellent. I recommend the hotel!!!

Great hotel, super location, everything is within walking distance. Cleaning every day everything is clean and tidy. The staff is smiling and always ready to help with everything. The views are simply bombay. The price and quality are just super. There is a gym and a swimming pool, a shuttle service to the beach. The store is right in the hotel, everything you need without leaving the hotel.

The main advantage of the hotel is its location - you can walk to the metro and to the Burj Khalifa and the musical fountain: either through the above-ground glass passage (past the entrance to the subway) then through the Dubai Mall (the main thing is not to get lost in this store, especially when you go back, remember where and to which floor you go down and up, otherwise the navigator it won't help you) , or down the street. After we got hopelessly lost in the Dubai Mall on the first day :), we went to the fountain along the street, in the evening there was a beautiful illumination of skyscrapers, the road took 20 minutes, in the afternoon, perhaps such a walk would be exhausting due to the heat. The hotel itself: comfortable beds, clean linen and towels, an acceptable bathroom, good hearty breakfasts. Very friendly staff. There is a rooftop pool with a view of the skyscrapers. On the ground floor of the building where the hotel is located, there is a budget store where you can buy groceries, basic necessities, souvenirs.

Relatively, again for Dubai, a good location, the main attractions of Downtown Dubai can be reached on foot, without a taxi, if you are able to walk 2.5 km to Dubai Mall and back, though with the presence of travelators in the transition, which facilitates the process. The restaurant in the hotel is terrible, breakfast - you won't die of hunger, but no more. Draft coffee at breakfast is probably acorn, it's hard to understand how coffee can be so bad. Well, this is a feature of the entire catering in Dubai, an absolute discrepancy in the price / quality ratio. Everything is very shabby. The hotel has a rooftop pool, but didn't go, can't comment. To Jumeirah Beach in the other direction from Downtown to walk is also about 2.5 km. If you are ready for activity and this is your style, then it is quite a good location for a hotel. The rooms are spacious, everything you need is there.

A very comfortable hotel. It is located near the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall, if it were not for the June heat, we would walk there. The hotel is located in the shopping center building and it is also very convenient, because there is a supermarket on the ground floor. And even two. There is a cafe, a pharmacy. The room is large and clean, a huge bed with snow-white linen, there is everything you need: a kitchenette with dishes, a refrigerator, a kettle, a safe, a large TV and even an ironing board with an iron. Our room was atrium view. I will be happy to return to this hotel!

A great small hotel half an hour's walk from the Dubai Mall and fountains. The hotel has three floors. Excellent breakfasts. There is a very tasty restaurant at the end of the building. Delicious hummus, meat, salads! And excellent in value, twice as cheap as in the Mall. Comfortable beds, there is an ironing board and water And even a microwave. And on the roof you can sunbathe, there is a small swimming pool. It takes 10-15 minutes by taxi to the beach. We liked it! We hope to be back!

Super Hotel in Dubai is very close to Burj Khalifa and metro station. In the same building there is a very cheap grocery store for Dubai. The room has everything you need, if something is missing, you can always ask the cleaning staff. The room was cleaned daily. 0.5 liters of water per person were replenished daily.

We had a large room with a balcony, but we couldn't go out on the balcony, because there are a lot of pigeons there. The staff is excellent and friendly. The breakfasts for the four are great!

The shopping center at the hotel is empty, 1 pizzeria.
In general, if you need a subway, that's your option, but before everything else, it's bad.

We stayed at this hotel on 21.11-26.11.2023 husband and friend.
On 26.11 at 9:00 departure to Russia, my husband slowly got ready for the airport and accidentally forgot a gift-wrapped bag from the Gucci bag store and a Dior bag with earrings in it in the room. We checked out with a friend, called a taxi and went to the airport. On the way, they remembered that they had forgotten the package, returned back to the hotel, it took 30-40 minutes. Then a terrible story began. The staff at the reception began to throw up their hands and after, when the husband started screaming, they took out the bag in the duster and earrings without bags and boxes, Justifying that they had already thrown them out. In 30-40 minutes, they have already thrown out the box and appropriated it to themselves, to fool - this is the service .... How do you like that?! Although for a second, when checking in, they ask for a phone number. You could have called and said that you forgot the package and sent the courier to the Airport for a reward, of course…
But this hotel apparently has a different policy! To steal other people's things and then give them away grudgingly ((( There would have been more time, they called the police and went to the trash to look for packages, but there was no time and well, at least they gave the bag in the duster. A disgrace of course…

After learning that it was our wedding anniversary, we changed the previously booked room and were given another one with a view of the Burj Khalifa. The bed is very cozy. The room has a kitchenette, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, hairdryer and a set of dishes. The staff is responsive, always helps. For example, at our request, they gave us a special adapter for sockets, helped us make calls to the city, to the airport, since we ourselves were out of touch. There is a Ukrainian spa and a swimming pool on the roof of the hotel. On the third floor there is a gym. There is a 24-hour cafe on the ground floor.

In the hotel itself, they took only breakfast, there is not much choice, but there is always something to eat: porridge, cereals, boiled eggs and scramble, mashed potatoes, noodles with vegetables, pancakes, vegetables, fruits, ham, cheese, etc. The room was taken with a view of the Burj Khalifa, but it is actually from it it is not visible, the view is just on other skyscrapers, and she is behind them. The room itself is large, two-room with a kitchen and two bathrooms. The cleaning is good. There is a swimming pool on the roof, we only went in 1 time, but it was very hot. In the shopping center where the hotel is located there is a currency exchange, an inexpensive supermarket, restaurants. Very nice staff, everyone is trying to help, they love children very much. I recommend the hotel!

Climate control + pastel - created for each other, I haven't slept like this for a very long time!!
The room has everything not to leave it))) even the view from the window (if you're lucky on the Burj Khalifa).
A bathrobe, slippers - of course (we just stopped by for the night after Sri Lanka, so simple things for the four of us just beat us).
There is a warm pool on the roof, take a dip yourself if you are tired of staring at the city... (open until 20.00).
Near the metro, across the Khalifa street and the Mall, everything is convenient and practical.
