It is quite a good location for people who want to visit the main attractions of Istanbul. Most places are within walking distance (some need to be reached in +-30 minutes or by public transport). But since I came to see everything and take a walk, it's not a problem. , Breakfasts. A small Swiss table. Sausage, cheese, olives, biscuits, jam, etc. It's not much, but it's enough for tomorrow morning. , Stores. There is an A-101 store nearby. The choice is small, but it's enough for an easy snack. At least the store has prices. There is a local alcohol market not far from it, prices are high, so if you are flying from another country, take your alcohol at the pharmacy. A decent little hotel . I liked the staff. We had breakfast there - cheese, sausage, cucumbers, tomatoes, eggs, butter, jams, breakfast cereals with milk, fruit, tea, coffee - in general, everything is standard. The room was small but decent. It's clean. It's modern.

The hotel is average, normal for its price. Of the advantages, instead of the location, everything is nearby: markets, metro and shops. The managers are also quite responsive, a good hearty breakfast. There is a very cheap and delicious locanta nearby. The downsides are, of course, humidity and mold, old windows, and mediocre cleaning. It's a great place for the unpretentious, the picky ones will be uncomfortable.
