This time, as in previous times, a very polite manager helped me pick up the battery, when I asked if I could get some kind of discount because it wasn't the first time I bought from them, he replied that only if I took the battery from the store myself, i.e. the cost was 960 rubles, and it would be 915 rubles, after consulting my husband and I decided to pick it up ourselves, although it is not convenient for us to go to Uborevich. A day later, on 11/21/24, I called the same manager and after making sure that the order was ready and there would be a discount, my husband went to get it. But they sold him a battery for 960 rubles. The seller did not want to hear about any discount. After calling on 11/22/24 with "our" manager, he said that this was a system failure and he would not return any money from his pocket. It turned out to be a very unpleasant situation and I would really like the head of this store to pay attention to my review because of such little things, people have an opinion about your store. By the way, the manager offered me some kind of promo code for my next purchase, but I needed a discount on exactly the product that I was buying and that had been agreed upon (maybe people are being "bred" in this store now).

The master immediately said why you put such a bad battery on such a car. I say, I don't know, I was advised by the manager of this one. And I chose others twice. Once I was told that he was not there, and the second time that he was bad for the year of release. I asked for advice then. The master measured it and said that the battery was low. Then he unscrewed the caps from above, inserted something in the form of a syringe, there was a clear liquid. And he didn't say anything. I'm telling you what to do. He said sell it for 15 rubles and buy a good one. And he pointed to another battery .I said that I had already bought this new battery. I was told that it was this year's edition. Then he said charge it and work for a year. But why should I, after buying a new battery, charge it somewhere with something that I don't understand and it will only work for a year. He also measured for leakage, it was 1.5 Amperes, he said, above normal, but not critical. I say, I have to go, is there nothing I can do? He said yes. I left and started calling the managers. They told me, we'll call you back. As a result, silence. I dialed again. And they told me that yes, it was discharged, there were no problems with the leak in the car. They can offer expertise. Hello, I would like to tell you about the experience of buying a battery in this company, the Nord star battery has been working for about 6 months.if not less, after applying to 1 battery.the service said that the battery was out of order because there was a discharge, but I checked the electrical system of the car everything is in order. It was only after contacting the consumer protection Society and writing suggestions in the book that I was exchanged for another battery, while being forced to pay 50p more. I am a disabled person of the 2nd group, I called 1akb.by , he said that I needed a battery and named the brand of the car , in response I received phrases that "your car is not in our catalog" , agreed that I would go to the car and find the characteristics . After I named them , I was offered a battery ( I was looking for a non-expensive battery ) , we agreed on everything and expected delivery !
A man arrived in a car with 1akb stickers , I opened the hood , a 1akb employee removed the battery and put it in his car! I brought a new battery and here's the problem , it doesn 't fall into place . I don 't need to say that I brought you a battery with sides , I'm going to bring you another one now ! Two hours later, he arrives, but already in the hands of another manufacturer's battery and without boards! He installed it for me, the car turned on (I forgot to clarify that the car is electric made in China)!
I rode for 3 months , everything was fine , one day I opened the hood and saw that the electrolyte was leaking out from under the plugs and sticking onto the pallet on which the battery was standing , all white and with a strong rust coating .
I went to 1akb under warranty, the staff looked at it and pulled the electric lit from each well with a syringe! And they sent it , after a couple of weeks the wells are wet again ! I started exploring the Internet and it turned out that I have an EFB technology battery, and I sold a regular CA!I came to the office and said that they had made an incorrect selection of the battery , to which I received the answer that your car is not working properly . On the same day, I went to the diagnostics where everything is fine with the car (the diagnosis cost 65 rubles). With the diagnosis completed, I came back to the 1akb office and my application was accepted! I am waiting for an answer (your battery is serviceable and cannot be returned or exchanged!)

I consider this to be a deception of the consumer, since the battery must be stored before installation on a car for a maximum of 1 year and then with a list of service requirements. The warranty was issued for 2 years, but the thing is that this battery should already have been on the car for at least 1.5 years. And with a service life of 5 years, at best it takes 3 years. There is a guarantee, but if the manager immediately told me that the year of manufacture was 2022, I would not even consider buying it. I demand to replace the product with a fresh one or make an impressive discount on this battery.

I bought a battery at the end of July, as winter came (minus) the battery sat down. I tried to pass it under warranty, and in response - they charged it, the battery is serviceable.
Now (a week later) the battery has sat down again.
By calling the call center, managers can't say anything intelligible except - the service works on weekdays from 9.00 to 18.00. I also work, but the call center can't help in this case. Customer orientation at the level. I will try to pass it again, but something tells me that the answer will be the same.
The company cares only about the sale, but not about the quality of work with customers.
Also, I am forced to go to hand over the battery for machine builders 9a, but I have the right to bring and hand it over to any seller's store, and upon completion of the procedures, I will receive it there if necessary.
Result:
I highly do not recommend contacting the seller, because if you have problems with the product, you will have to spend a lot of time on useless trips to them.
Also, the selection of the battery was initially incorrect. I suspect that's the whole problem.
