Great gym. There is enough equipment and simulators to perform almost all exercises. Comfortable environment, clean changing rooms, pleasant staff. An additional plus is for a separate area of cardio equipment.

It explains everything clearly, shows, helps and corrects throughout the entire workout. Great musical accompaniment) The only inventory issues are if there are a lot of people.. If you want to work out for yourself and know what to do and how to do it, then the gym is good + cardio + shower. If you don't know how and what to do and want to train with a coach, money is thrown away. I personally observed one of the cases: a visitor was doing a back exercise, arching his back, lifting a wheel, the coach came up and said that he was doing it wrong, once, twice... But nirazu did not show how to do it right, turned around and left. I still did not understand what he paid the money for. + Advantages: good ventilation, a large gym, good exercise equipment +a lot of additional equipment (jump ropes, balls..) cardio, shower. - there is no special point in coaches, more show-offs than help
