I stayed at this hotel on 16.06.25-25.06.25. The hotel is one of the best on the first line! There is a normal entrance to the sea, the sun beds are clean, there is a pier (for a fee if you lie down, but you can also go down to the sea from it). The more instagrammable hotel is only the Fame residence nearby, but it has 246 rooms, is noisy and has a lot of children. And the lotus is ideally small (130 rooms in total) and quiet. That's why the Germans love him. That's the thing for couples, for example. There are many different kinds of food, watermelons are sweet, everything is constantly replenished. The staff is friendly. In the evenings, singers with a cool mix of potpourri and live music. They include a lot of cool Russian songs (like Mother Earth). Turkish coffee with lukum is served free of charge at the pool bar on the ground floor. The hotel is unusual, open inside, in the center there is a huge yellow staircase, which is convenient to go down to the restaurant, to the sea and to the very bottom, to the spa area (there is a sauna, hammam, saltwater pool). The sea is only 50m away. There is also an elevator, you can use it to move around. The rooms on the 1st and 2nd floors are not new, but they are clean, and the rooms on the 3rd and 4th floors are new (because this is an annex). There is an air conditioner in the room, it turns off at 02:00 by itself. But sometimes we didn't even turn it on, it wasn't that hot. My room was on the 2nd floor on the right side like 242, the view of the sea is nice, albeit from the side. An ideal view of the sea, if you ask for rooms in the center of 227-230. Starting from November 2025, the hotel will be closed for renovation and will become even better. On my recommendation, my aunt and uncle also went there in July, and they were satisfied.

I liked the hotel! One of the advantages: the location on the first line in the very center of Kemer, there were no stupid discos, there is a pier from which you can swim (sun beds there for an additional fee), its own beach (already included in the price), delicious breakfasts and dinners (photos are attached). There were 3 themed dinners per week: Mexican, fish and Turkish. The pool bar is normal, Turkish tea and coffee are made from cool stuff. From the addendum. We also took towels for the beach (on deposit), played billiards - it's located downstairs. On the downside: the outdoor pool is not heated, even the part with the Jacuzzi :(and it's already a little cold in October. And the pool below is also cold, why they are needed is not clear.. The lunch was not very varied, apparently all the energy was spent on dinner. The room is very tired. The hammam and sauna are barely working (almost room temperature in them was for some reason). In general, a good option for your money, but you can improve the shortcomings.

I had a rest in early September 2025. The hotel is small, there is no territory, which is very convenient for me if you need a beach holiday. The beach is small, well equipped, comfortable sun beds, equipped with a descent into the sea, so you can do without coral, there is a pier, there are paid sun beds on it. The food is normal. There is not much variety, but everything is delicious, there is a lot of meat, there has always been chicken and turkey, often lamb and beef. There was fish every day, too, but some kind of sardine herring. The coffee in the vending machine is terrible, but from 10 o'clock you can ask the bar to make Turkish. Only wine was drunk from alcohol, well, if it was cold, then you can drink it. The numbers are not so clear. Upon check-in, almost everyone is given a room without a balcony. Actually, it's also normal, a large bathroom with a shower, and it's normal in size, but since the window looks out into the hotel, onto the stairs where people walk, you can't open the curtains, and it's very dark in the room, and it's suggested that swimsuits be dried on the shared terrace. After a scandal, they usually move to a room with a balcony, which is smaller and has a bathroom. And the most important thing in these rooms is not a split system, but a shared air conditioner. It is almost not regulated, the flow can also be increased or decreased, but the direction is not. If he whistles at your head, as he did with us, then you can only remove your head. They say the upper floors have been renovated, maybe they've already installed a normal air conditioner. There is no animation in the hotel, which made us very happy. I think there's a local band singing on Wednesdays, that's all. Accordingly, there are few children and noisy youth in this hotel. So if you are eating across the sea and you want peace, you are here . P.S. And about the sea, the water in Kemer is noticeably cooler than in Side or Alanya, either some keys or mountain rivers, so the water in October and May is probably invigorating.
