It's a great place, very friendly staff, and the view from the window to the sea and the embankment is just perfect for relaxing! Everything is nearby! The historical center is a few minutes' walk away. I really liked the goodies))) sometimes an electric train runs under the window, but it creates the atmosphere of the city, as well as seagulls and people on the embankment. Thank you for the warm welcome!

Everything seems to match the photo on the site, everything that is stated in the description is present, but somehow everything is sloppy, unkempt, smoky. There is no feeling of a female master's hand. They took it because of the balcony overlooking the sea, but they didn't sit on it, because it was also dirty and ragged. I don't think the curtains have ever been washed. Whitewash is falling from the ceiling in the hallway. We got up in the morning and found her all over our shoes. In general, the hotel is tired and requires a good repair. Or at least high-quality cleaning is necessary. The cost is still not small.
Some people write that they are hindered by the railway under the windows. She didn't bother us at all - trains rarely run, it's not critical at all.
The place itself is very convenient in location. All the sights and transport stops are within walking distance. The neighborhood is clean, calm, and cozy.

A nice small hotel on a quiet street and, at the same time, in the center of Istanbul. 5 minutes from the main attractions - Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque. Friendly host and staff. Take windows to the street - it's cheaper, and the view from the upper floors of the mosque is good!

Excellent location, walking distance to many historical sites. Nearby there are cafes, shops such as minimarkets. The hotel is conveniently located some distance from the noise and crowds. Friendly staff will tell you what you are interested in and help you. We arrived before the check-in hour, we were seated at tea while the room was being prepared. The rooms are clean, not super new, but everything is decent and tidy. The view from the dining room to the sea, the breakfasts are delicious, there was enough of everything, we tried to arrange some variety. We were satisfied.

A nice mansion in a quiet side street and close to the center.all the sights of Sultanahmet and the embankment are within walking distance. There are rooms in the basement (where they first moved in) I didn't like it there, there are no windows and some kind of dampness. The number was replaced without any problems. The staff is friendly. Bonus - excellent Turkish breakfasts on the veranda on the top floor overlooking the Bosphorus.
I am writing now, and I understand that I would like to come back here one day.

Not a bad hotel in the very center. A little tired, but not expensive for that. They would also like an elevator, but alas

I was on vacation at the hotel, from January 11 to January 16. Beyond praise. Many thanks to the friendly attitude of all the staff for their daily help on any issue of interest (managers Lutfi, Mavlyut, Umut). I thank Khadifa for the breakfasts, everything is delicious and always set on time. Special thanks to the boss of the hotel, Mr. Jalal, for the recommendation in choosing a jewelry salon to purchase a luxury product. I plan to return here in October))))
