Management, please pay attention to your employees. I took two coffees on 11/17/25 at 16:20 approximately. The service is at the lowest level! From greeting to helping you choose a type of coffee. Waiting 15 minutes when there was only one person in front of me? There are 3 baristas on shift, how's that? Well, the icing on the cake was the coffee service . The girl standing with the letter G, leaning on the table, just rearranged the coffee?! Where are the minimum rules of etiquette? For 30 rubles, I got a regular cappuccino with disgusting service.

Disgusting service. Why are there 3 or even 4 baristas??? So they can talk to each other??? Even when 2-3 people are in line to buy coffee, you have to wait at least 10 minutes, and if there are more people, you can simply go to another place. The coffee is good, but it's not worth the wait. If someone cares: management - figure out the quality of your employees' work; customers - don't waste your time, if it seems to you that it just so happens that one customer is served for a very long time, and the next one will be prepared for you quickly - no, they always have it that way and if you value your time - go to any other coffee shop in the castle
