We had an apartment in the next building, about 50 meters from the main building. The apartment turned out to be very large for two people, 3 rooms and a kitchen. The description is 90 m2. The check-in was instantaneous. The sea is a 15-minute walk away. The sea is beautiful and clean, the beach is pebbly. As of September 2025, sun beds cost about 400 to 500 lira for one sunbed and one umbrella. The city center can be reached by public transport (bus) for 27-30 liras. There are very few exchangers, but they are there. There are plenty of grocery stores nearby, including convenience stores. There is a Friday market 200 meters from the apartment, which is very convenient and of course delicious. In general, the impressions are only positive from staying in this place.

We rented 3 +1 and 1+1, the furniture in the kitchen is a little tired, but the beds and pillows are comfortable, clean, smells good) decent breakfasts, unlike many other apartments there is a normal Wi-Fi. We also want to mention the pleasant administrator of the Barysh. Parking is not super convenient, there are few places, but you can always get up in a couple of minutes. I recommend this place 👌

Nice hotel, clean rooms, change of towels every day. The breakfasts are monotonous, but everything is fresh, and there is plenty to choose from, dishes and appliances are clean. Polite and friendly staff both at the reception and in the restaurant. It's a long way to the sea, about 15 minutes, just enough for the pedometer to show normal numbers)
