We bought a pair of light suede shoes on 01.05.23. When asked about taking care of them, the seller advised only to clean with foam for suede. After one evening of use, the socks of the shoes were covered with gray dust, which was not cleaned with a suede brush. Salamander cleansing foam for suede was purchased. After using the product according to the instructions, there were stains on the suede, and the dirt disappeared only half. Taking shoes and foam, we turned to the store with the question of how to take care of the product, how to remove dirt and how to wear such a heavily soiled suede. The same seller, a middle-aged lady, without a badge, replied that she did not give any recommendations for care (but recommendations to buy the product flowed like a river, and then there was not a word that the shoes were delicate!), accused the purchased foam of poor quality and generally behaved quite aggressively, hiding behind the fact that these are shoes like that, and you need to wear them carefully. We had no desire to quarrel with the seller, we just wanted to get information about the features of care, which should be provided a priori in shoe stores of this level. It is a pity that European shoes are sold so unprofessionally. Disappointed, we will not come again.
