Excellent service. The room was upgraded in honor of the wedding anniversary. Room 438 has a great view of the sunrise and sunset. The cosmetics are good. The all-inclusive food is varied. The alcohol is good. There is also a small menu on the beach. We didn't need animation, so we even liked that it was minimal. There is a lot of space on the beach. The pool is great. For those who like to swim in the sea, it is not suitable, there is a limited area for swimming and there is no strong depth. The cleaning is perfect. Taking a break for a week, relaxing is a great option, better than Turkey and Egypt. I definitely want to go back.

The hotel is nice, although relatively old (2016). The rooms are spacious but outdated. There is no USB, the sockets are Arabic. The bathrooms are old. It is very cold in the rooms. And the hotel has a small territory. There is a beach, but there is no sea as such, a dam and that's it. Everything is fine in the photo, but this is not for a beach holiday. There are no waves. Width from shore to shore, 100 meters. There is a swimming pool with Olga and a children's pool. The nursery is very old and dirty. The kitchen is gorgeous, but everything else is very expensive. It saves that there is a shopping center with a store nearby, where you can shop. There is an alcohol store in the hotel. There is no animation for children at all. There is a children's room. There is a beach, but for 4. The first days we swam, then all the beaches of the city were closed according to sanitary standards after heavy rains in the country, and the children spent the rest of their vacation in the pool. The hotel has its own bar, but alcohol is expensive, although a hundred meters from the reception, there is an alcohol market in the same building, where all alcohol is three times or even more cheaper. It is located between the airports, exactly in the middle. In general, it justifies its stars.

Guys, I will recommend it to everyone!!! The hotel itself is simply gorgeous, starting from the lobby, ending with rooms and all sorts of little things, everything is thought out for vacationers and of course the staff of this hotel. Special greetings to the hotel management! You are great fellows!!!! Our room 237, opening the door, we found ourselves in a truly royal room, high ceilings, two beds, a desk for work, a huge bathroom, a coffee machine, tea and coffee making facilities, and a balcony with a beautiful view of the sunset! There were no words, but the smell ..... just an extravaganza!
The hotel has everything for a comfortable and wonderful stay! Two pools, a children's pool with slides (you can't pull a child out), an adult, with different depths. They do aqua aerobics at the pool, oh, women anneal there, and I wouldn't mind stretching myself :) The closed beach is a bay, the water is warm, the bottom is almost without pebbles. There are guys on duty throughout the pool, so that you can't do stupid things there, they also look after the kids. Special thanks and big greetings to Swapnamoy. You are the best!!!!

There are a lot of places in the hotel to stuff your tummies! We mostly ate at SEVILLA - this is a buffet restaurant, with just an excellent buffet, there is enough to eat for everyone and for every taste, Arabic, Asian, European cuisine, there are no delicious words, and desserts are just a song!!! I would also like to thank the chef who constantly cooked French fries for his little friend, as well as the chef who did the same (Guys, forgive my chicken memory for not remembering your names). By the way, if something is not in sight, just ask and they will cook for you (mashed potatoes, French fries, bananas). Sevilla has a professional and sincere staff, many thanks and big greetings, my lovely Gail, her care and attention need to be learned, Said is a wonderful guy and very kind, Mark and Krishna will choose the best place for you and of course they will be courteous, just because they are like that, Elizabeth will enchant you with her smile.
The staff is a separate highlight of the hotel, however, they are just not real, kind and clean people who are ready to help and solve any of your questions at your first request.

The hotel has a huge BUT!!! - there is no open sea space next to it, which you usually expect to see. This is something like a backwater with salt water, the width of the Moscow River on the embankment of the Neskuchny Garden, for example. Therefore, if you want a full-fledged sea beach, this is Saadiyat Island (30 minutes by taxi from the hotel). In the photo, the beach next to the hotel looks better than in reality.

What pleased us was the presence of a coffee machine in the room. The buffet is delicious and varied, with new dishes every day. Pastries, fruits, juices are all there. But for some reason there was only coffee at breakfast. For dinner - juices and water. The pool area is also very beautiful, sun loungers, umbrellas in large numbers, there is also a cafe-bar. One disadvantage is the natural water source (some kind of artificial channel) is completely unsuitable for swimming. But the sand nearby is clean and well maintained. The hotel has a spa area with baths and an indoor pool. There is an exit to the shopping center directly from the hotel. It has a large grocery store, a pharmacy and many shops for every taste and budget. But you have to understand that it is far from the center of Abu Dhabi and all the attractions. But there is a shuttle service from the hotel three times a day. And no one canceled the taxi. In general, I recommend it.

We were only passing through for a day, but we liked it, we are ready to return. I liked the staff, there is a Russian-speaking, cool pool, there is a paddling pool with slides for kids, a playground on the street and children's locations with animators inside the building, a good room, delicious food. Everything is fine, but my mistake was to take only breakfasts hoping that there would be restaurants with normal food near the hotel. There is a shopping center nearby with only fast food. In the hotel itself, the Azur restaurant has a so-so kitchen, they can't make a normal grill - it's overcooked, the pizza is worse than the frozen one. In general, it is a complete disappointment. A good hotel for your money. On the shore of the canal, with a sandy shore. The area is medium-sized, we were in January, the hotel felt half empty, there was a lot of space. We took everything included. The food is monotonous every day, during the week there were 2 special dinners with a non-standard set of food. In general, the food is of high quality, but does not stand out in any way.
There are animations in the form of water aerobics and water polo. There is a kids club for children. Live music from the Cuban duo every evening, it added a special comfort to the rest. Abu Dhabi is 25-30 minutes away by car, and Yas Island is 12 minutes away. A beautiful luxurious entrance area, in the years of construction the hotel was clearly luxurious. The rooms are very spacious. The furniture is all intact, but it is clear that it is not modern.
Who wants an all inclusive near Abu Dhabi is a good option.
