(in the region of 400 rubles). The rest is in the form of bonuses and bonuses. Therefore, when I quit, I was not paid any interest for the last month, they calculated according to the contract and that's it. - When I got a job, a few weeks later they gave me a paper to sign that the company allegedly spent money on my training (internship) (in the region of 600 rubles) and if I do not work for the company for half a year, I will have to reimburse them. Naturally, no one talked about this when hiring. - A year ago, the penalty for being 2 minutes late was 1 basic. - A big disadvantage is the overall attitude of management towards employees. - If you work as a sales manager, you will hardly be able to do without overworking.
