The place is incredibly beautiful, thought out to the smallest detail, new, fresh, authentic. There is a large selection of items in the menu, 3 out of 4 positions were found without problems. However … What about the service? Thank you, the waiter girl came up to us right away, but we haven't seen such indifference for a long time. The menu was brought to the next table 20 minutes later! minutes... maybe it's worth changing people stupidly occupying someone's opportunity?)

We came to the cafe on the advice of a friend, going into the institution, everyone was sitting in a camp and when they saw us they said "take the menu and choose", I'm sorry that they forced you to work AT WORK)))
They stood in the same camp at the cash register , chatting all together about their own) No one came up to ask "what will you order?", as a result, they approached themselves, the "friends" of the employees did not even leave and in fact just interfered. When ordering a drink, they said "and you will not order this, there is no milk, you can take an alternative + 2p", there was hope for food, but....
Croissants are stale, I do not know how long they are there, my friend also had hair in her food) Fire)
When entering an institution, people want to relax and eat, and not listen to your dialogues on the whole institution, the service is disgusting, the staff apparently do not understand that they should work, and not arrange meetings with friends, scoring everything. The manual, please note

My company and I are delighted with this cozy place. They prepare incredibly delicious croissants with a variety of fillings, a responsive, sensitive staff. The atmosphere here is very pleasant, the atmosphere creates coziness and comfort. I definitely recommend visiting this place and most importantly try croissants — you obviously won't regret it, and we will definitely come back)

. Hair was found in the croissant, the croissant itself was not fresh, stale.
For all the time they were sitting, the staff was violently and loudly discussing their lives.

The only thing that I can highlight based on my multiple visits to this place is a noticeable difference in the work of the maintenance staff, it is clear that the current maintenance skills of the staff have improved significantly compared to previous ones, subsequently leaving a good impression. We decided to have breakfast in this cafe, the menu is not bad, and we haven't been here yet. We arrived on Sunday at 11 o'clock. In the cafe, one girl, an employee of the cafe, said that they were not working YET, although the cafe started working at 9 a.m. on the door and in the account of the institution. He says the cook isn't at work yet. And now they work on a different schedule, either from 11, or from 12 days, she does not know for sure!!! And don't be surprised later why small businesses are dying!

A wonderful place, very unusual and eye-catching, but, as many people write here, the main disadvantage remains the staff. No one deigned to remove the dishes from the tables of people who had long since left, even if there was no place else to sit. The tables are dirty, the appliances are dirty too.
And the rudeness of the waiter... With a displeased face, he shoved a cup with checks into our hands, saying "On", and when we gave him the same glass back to get money out of our bags, he sarcastically remarked "People generally put money here."
