A wonderful family hotel in the truest sense of the word! The hotel is maintained by the Odilbek family. We were very hospitably received. The room is very clean, you can say everything glitters and shines with cleanliness. Of course, the hotel is not the newest, but everything you need is there and everything works well. The most delicious chebureks in the world are served for breakfast, which are made by the hostess, Odilbek's wife, with meat and potatoes. These are really the best chebureks I've ever eaten in my life. The hotel is located a stone's throw from the Northern Gate of the Ichan-kala Fortress, the only gate with free entrance! Nearby there is a bank, an ATM, a grocery store, a recreation park with a Ferris wheel. To the left of the hotel exit, a roasted carp is served in the cafe - we did not try it, but our neighbors praised it. To the right of the exit is a delicious kebab (lula kebab is just a handsome one). Here it is. I highly recommend this hotel, it is very homely and cozy. Thank you very much to the hosts!

Caring and attentive staff. Normal breakfasts. Heat. Ichan-Kala is right opposite the hotel, the nearest northern gate, Bogcha Gate is in the immediate vicinity, you can also go out and walk along the wall there. There are two restaurants and shops nearby.

The interior is renovated, but the food and attitude are 5+.
Homemade jam made from figs, peaches, quinces, homemade compote is served for breakfast. Delicious chebureks (better than we ate on the Terrace). You can change money from the owner.

I liked the hotel very much, it is new, modern, and at the same time cozy. The hotel was booked through a tour company, we were lucky, they gave us a two-room huge room. The bathroom is also very large, nice snow-white towels. The service is good, all questions are politely answered at the reception, the breakfasts are average, unfortunately there is no coffee machine and they do not brew coffee, only instant. It is not very close to the historical center, but there is a Yandex taxi.

Nice hotel. Elastic bed, carpets, beautiful curtains. Everything that is required in a normal room. But in the middle of October, the evenings and nights in Khiva are cold, and the room was cool. The breakfast is quite modest, but for the declared "three-piece" it is normal, and the little chebureks that were on one of the days are generally magically delicious.

The hotel is excellent, located in the center of Khiva. The rooms are clean, the breakfast is delicious, you can select amazing chebureks. Excellent service. A quiet and peaceful hotel, an excellent choice for sightseeing tourism. You can walk around the center in the evening and quickly return to the hotel.

We came to this hotel by chance, traveling from Moscow to Samarkand. And we are very glad that we ended up here.A beautiful building near the old town. We arrived in the evening, went to see the hotel, went to another one, but still returned here. We checked in, the hotel owner showed us everything, told us, the owner's son rinsed our cars, which were all in the sand. In the morning, we agreed with the guide that he would come to the hotel for us, informed the owner that we needed breakfast at a certain time. When we entered the restaurant, we were stunned! A beautiful table was set for the five of us. Fruits, cookies, toasts, pastries, butter, sausage - that's enough, but when they started bringing us hot dishes... mastava (I never would have thought that I would have soup for breakfast, but it's really delicious, and I understand that when I get home I will also start cooking this dish), omelet, gumme!!! - these are small chebureks with a thin , thin dough , they were of two types: with meat and with potatoes. (I probably won't be able to learn how to cook these.) We continue our journey through Uzbekistan, but we didn't have a chance to eat more of them, but we want to, we remember all the time! We think that we will not meet such breakfasts anymore!!! Thank you very much!

The hotel is located directly opposite the Ichan-Kala Fortress, which is very convenient. There is an inexpensive street cafe nearby, there is a supermarket nearby.
The room has everything, but everything in the bathroom is very old. It's scary to get into the bathroom - everything creaks. But this is, perhaps, only one drawback.
The breakfasts are good, varied, there are fresh fruits and vegetables.
You can come to the restaurant and have tea at any time. Very convenient!
We left for the airport at 18 o'clock, we left the room later, after 14 o'clock, we were not kicked out of the room.

The hotel is located a stone's throw from the old town. We arrived in June, when there are few tourists, it's not the season. We were alone in the hotel. The room is clean, there is a fairly large refrigerator with a freezer, which was important for us, since we traveled in our own cars and we had to put away food and cool the water somewhere. The owner of the hotel, very pleasant, friendly, did everything to make us comfortable, they even hosed down the cars, which were terribly dirty due to the bad road in the Kazakh steppe. He also agreed with a restaurant nearby, dinner was set for us, the table was taken out of the room to the street. The next morning, breakfast was at the hotel itself. When we had already eaten something, it turned out that the food itself had not yet been served. We have not seen such diversity and abundance anywhere else). It was impossible to even try it all. Everything is very tasty!

Excellent attitude of the staff. There was an early check-out, the hotel offered to replace the lunchbox (breakfast) with a "light dinner" the day before. We cooked salad, soup, chebureks (I forgot the national name) Very tasty! One of the disadvantages is the lack of hot water in the evening and a non-working drain. And there is no coffee maker....

A very cozy hotel. Nice clean rooms with good furniture. The check-in is well organized. The breakfasts are plentiful and delicious. There is always tea, coffee, and sugar in the restaurant. You can come in at any time and have a drink. The hosts are friendly. We went to the restaurant to drink coffee before the road, the owner came out, treated us to melon, homemade jam from figs. It was very nice))))

Immediately upon arrival, all the lights went out. In the morning, the water supply was completely lost twice. There is no kettle or tea in the room, the cooler with hot water is only in the lobby of the hotel. There was a balcony, but it didn't open. It is impossible to turn on the lamp by the bed, the cord did not reach the outlet. The only advantage of the hotel is good breakfasts.

In general, a good hotel, a good breakfast. I didn't like the plastic bathroom in the shower, everything creaks and looks unreliable. The fan in the hood, which turned on together with the light in the bathroom, was annoying. It is better to hang it on a separate switch. There are no tea accessories in the room.

Not a bad hotel, right in front of the fortress. Cafe. Tea and coffee around the clock. Breakfast is fine. There is a problem with the TV: out of hundreds of channels, there is not a single Russian one. Polish, Ukrainian are in Russian, but there are no Russian ones.

The location of this hotel is a tourist's find! It's two steps from the old town. The rooms are clean, but the sound insulation and the kitchen, like in all others, are weak. Although, if you ask the host to make an omelet or scrambled eggs for breakfast, and even make coffee, then they will do it for you.
