The hotel is very tired. Repairs have not been done for a long time, plumbing is running, the shower is dirty. There are not that few outlets in the room, only one and that one is somewhere at the feet, if there was an extension cord it would still be normal, and so the phone and other gadgets had to be charged alternately and at the same time put them on the floor or on the bed. Room cleaning is also weak, the bed is not made at all. Breakfasts are meager and there are few of them, you will oversleep a little and you will remain hungry. In general, next time I will look for something else. I give 0 points to the hotel as a whole. I added 1 star to the girls from the reception and the guard, they are really good, they try to please the customers.

We would like to leave a review on the last visit that we bought from you for a romantic evening for two at the spa. We are purchasing it for the second time and the second visit turned out to be a complete disappointment for us. We arrived at our time and were greeted by two specialists, but it felt like we were being chased through all the procedures for half an hour, the jacuzzi water was cold, we lay down for about 10:15 minutes, then we were told to go to the Krabi massage and go to the hammam in the hammam in the steam was only 5 minutes. After that, when we returned to our relaxation room, we found that the water in the Jacuzzi had already been drained. We just wanted to sit in the room after the hammam and they sent us for a massage. I was massaged for 20 minutes by running fast, my spouse was massaged for about 40 minutes. Our master, after a quick massage, got ready to wave at me in the hallway and left. During the massage, there were constant jokes and conversations between the masters, we pay and come to you to relax and not to strain and think about some unnecessary things. It wasn't exactly professional on the part of the masters. After that, we went to the relaxation room, where the Jacuzzi was already lowered, and they brought us one tea bag for two. Every 10 minutes, people came to us and asked if everything was okay, and then one of the remaining craftsmen came running to us, brought a book for reviews and said leave a review. Frankly speaking, after that, I don't want to leave any positive feedback about your institution and your employees. In March of the 25th year, we visited you. We had two masters, Azamat and Elvira. We were delighted with your program, we liked everything very much, but this time we were very disappointed.
