They praised them to us, they said that they were the newest model. We put on the rings for the first time on November 2, 2025, on our wedding day. A week later, the rings were all scratched, deeply damaged, and dented. For understanding, neither my husband nor I work anywhere physically with our hands, we both work in offices. On November 9, exactly one week after the wedding, we came to the store and asked for an expert examination , to which the expert replied that this was not a warranty case and that it was our fault . I would like to clarify, if it's my fault, what was I supposed to do with these rings all week, spinning them on the machine!!???? Nonsense and laughter!!
