Gastronomic disappointment This is not a shawarma, but some kind of test for the stomach. Appearance: It looks sloppy. The bag is already covered in sauce, it's uncomfortable to hold. Lavash: Rubbery and limp at the same time. On the one hand, it was burnt on the grill, on the other, it turned into porridge from excess liquid. Filling: There is so much sauce that the taste of meat or vegetables is simply not felt. It feels like eating wet bread with cheap ketchup. The twist: It falls apart after the second bite. All the contents tend to leave the lavash and stay in the bag.

Considering the cost of the dishes, I consider putting "old" tomatoes in them to be completely disrespectful to consumers. The amount of meat in the shawarma is generally a separate topic. There is more meat in the rollton than in the shawarma from this stall 😂

I've never tasted anything worse than shawarma. The cook was a young man of about 25 years old. Date 06/03/26. I ordered a small spicy one. And I got one lavash with pickles, the taste is 0.5 / 10, I didn't even finish half of it. I drove far away, and I wanted to give the shavermeister a taste of his creation.
