Met my expectations not in full. -We were with kids and one of playgrounds was closed even though it was initially was advertised as open - there was a coffee stain on the tv, it was not removed throughout a week - the kids table at the restaurant was present but not as good as it could have been - it is a shortcoming that territory of sports center is available upon booking and is not available for walks - absence of no smoking zones/signs outside: literally there there was a lady smoking right next to the kids swimming pool - lack of outside swimming pools. Weather was quite chilly - as for good parts: quite big rooms - good spa amenities - friendly and helpful personnel - clean beach - san sebastian cake at pattiserie was awesome - lemon and vanilla ice creams were excellent
