The hotel is located on the outskirts of the city. It's a very long way to the sea, probably 1 hour walk. But to go to the sea through the city center. There is a central mosque nearby.We didn't rest at the hotel, but we went there to the pool. I didn't like the pool, it's small, local women swim in it in their clothes. From the hotel there is a passage to a large supermarket and clothing store. Two outlet stores where you can shop.

The staff is very nice, attentive, smiling, trouble-free.
we rested from 07/23/2023 to 07/31/2023 - we were lucky with the weather, the ocean is magical, the rooms are beyond praise.
The food is monotonous -yes, but delicious. They were not hungry. I liked the general restaurant more than ala kart (we had ultra all inclusive)
Many thanks to the animation guys led by MOMO and manager Vagdi, they made our vacation unforgettable.
We hope to return for the New Year.

We had a rest from March 20-27. It is a very tiring journey from Abu Dhabi. We arrived late, but we really liked the hotel, large room, facilities, cleanliness. The politeness of the staff was off the scale. No one was extorting money. Water, tea, coffee, cream in the room. There is a shuttle to the sea, but only once a day. Those who came with children were not happy. There is no entertainment. Ramadan. We had enough. Three hours at sea. In the evening we went to Fujairah Mall, the transfer from the hotel directly to the shopping center. Special thanks to the hotel administration for complimenting her husband on his birthday. We came from a trip to Dubai, and the room is so beautiful and delicious! It's nice!

I really liked the hotel. The hotel is not the first coastline - keep this in mind so as not to get upset. But the hotel has an outdoor swimming pool with a bar on the 19th floor, a bus goes to the sea several times a day and brings it back for free. On the 14th floor there is a separate hammam with sauna and Jacuzzi, and a shared gym with a gorgeous panoramic view of the city and the sea. The reception liked the staff, they speak English, but they understand well and on the first day of arrival we were already late for dinner, and the management went to meet us and brought us so much food that we couldn't even eat it. Because we were with a child, we were in 20 minutes.after checking in, they brought an extra bed, but we refused it, because there was enough space in the room. The waiters are very friendly, you can see how they try. From the hotel on the 1st floor there is a passage to the shopping center - it is very convenient to go for a walk there. They work until 10.00 mostly. I recommend it to everyone. Have a good rest!

I stayed at this hotel from 02/20/2024 to 02/27/2024. The hotel is not 5, but a maximum of 3!!! Even I would say 2 stars!!! The food is monotonous, there is no variety! There is a smell in the rooms. They're cleaning up for 3!They may forget to put towels on!!! There was no bathrobe in the room. I asked to bring a robe, they brought it without a belt! The belt was never given, although I asked to bring the belt to the salad! The robe has not been changed! in a week!!!. The windows don't open and the windows are very dirty! There is no heated towel rail in the rooms, there is nothing to dry the linen on, it is cold in the rooms. The location of the hotel is not very good. Far from the center and the beach! The beach is public, of average cleanliness. The hotel manager would like to offer to reduce the price of this hotel. It's not worth the money! I do not recommend this hotel!!!
