We were in late July and early August . the hotel is a good standard, there is a lot of food, but I have been to hotels where the food is more varied. The drinks surprised martini original and red label. Well done bartenders pour at least as much)). The rest of the drinks are as usual. The animation is boring, just dancing, acrobats. After that, there is a disco by the pool where no one dances. We went on excursions ANEX tour works negligently. We left the concert and the driver left so we stood in the mountains at night and waited for him for 15 minutes. All the buses were standing and ours decided to travel!!!. Another excursion, after being brought to the olive museum, it's a waste of time, then they also offer to buy oil and wine and sweets for 3 times more expensive!!!. It's easier to go to Novomol. The hotel guide also babbled promised strawberries from the garden if we buy tours. I haven't even answered my messages. Well , that 's okay, a verbal agreement . everything is exactly sedimentary.

A very decent hotel. The staff is very friendly, everyone understands Russian tactically. All drinks are free, even elite ones, the buildings are 2 and 3 storeys high, the rooms are cozy, although not large. You can sign up for 2 ala carte in an Italian restaurant and a fish restaurant.

We rested from 01.09. to 12.09.2024. In short, I liked the organization of the rest from Anex.tour and the organization of the hotel administration. When placed at the reception, they gave the opportunity to view and choose from 3 rooms of different buildings. Russian-speaking Lena very kindly gave us this opportunity to choose. Thanks to her :). Yaroslav, the representative of Anex.tour, explained very well all the points of staying at the hotel and excursions. I was very pleased that the payment for excursions could be made with a MIR card. Cleaning the room and changing towels almost every day, there were no problems. It would be desirable to diversify the menu with seafood, the range of meat and fruits is good. Bottom line: the money spent has paid off, there is a desire to go again.

A lovely, beautiful hotel with a large territory, the second line is not felt, the beach is 7 minutes on foot, and there are shuttles. The hotel is located near the city of Side.
The territory of the hotel is located on a hillside and the second line from the sea. People are provided with rooms in 2, 3, 4-storey buildings "blocks", as well as there are four swimming pools on the territory. Two large ones , a third water park and a fourth for children. It's a fifteen-minute walk to the sea, and a minibus runs every five minutes. The beach is sandy, there is a chaise longue and a mattress. For vacationers, a vitamin cocktail and fruits will be brought for coins.
There are also five bars for vacationers, one is located on the beach. Soft drinks, cocktails and alcohol are provided free of charge in the bars. The bar serves cakes and ice cream for afternoon tea. You can have lunch at the beach bar and not go to the on-site restaurant.
Once a free dinner service is provided in the restaurant where you are served by waiters, fish menu and Italian cuisine.
The hotel rooms are clean, they are cleaned every day. There are also glazed drinks in the refrigerator that change to new ones as they are consumed. Replacement of drinks is free of charge. The staff tries very hard, they smile even if they run somewhere in a hurry. The food at the beach bar is a little inconvenient. If you had breakfast early, at 7 o'clock, and went to the beach, then you will not be able to have a snack there. Lunch is served at 12, and only drinks are served until then. Shopping in the vicinity of the hotel is not very good, the quality of things is poor. I was only pleased with the sales store opposite the main market. Exit the hotel to the right, at the intersection go left into the bazaar, at the big intersection diagonally there will be a large store with the inscription outlet. They sell Turkish-made items sewn for export. Another great shopping experience in Side in novamall.

What can I say is that the territory of the hotel is very beautiful, green and well-groomed.
The rooms are spacious, but the cleaning for two towels do not change the floors are dirty, it is very damp in the room, they put only soap and that's it.
The food is terrible, the meat is burnt, soups are not clear, oak fruits, sweets are disgusting, they ate only French fries so as not to starve, all the food was processed the next day.It was the worst vacation ever.I want to say that in 10 days for two , 230 thousand is also not a small amount of money .The question is, I will never recommend going to this hotel again .Money is wasted .

I liked the food, everything is neat, there is a variety, everything that I want to eat on the menu, greens, side dishes, meat, porridges, soups, sweets, fruits, vegetables, sauces, etc. A 3-year-old child has something to feed and I'm not talking about harmfulness. They cook delicious, but some dishes are not salty, it was good for us, we don't really eat salt. There are also harms, French fries, fried sausages, chicken nuggets, ice cream, etc. Drinks include juices from the vending machine, custard tea, coffee from the vending machine, water, carbonated drinks. Because you won't find any fun there, because in some places it felt like we were in a German nursing home. The hotel is good, we are resting here for the second time. Before the trip, we read the reviews of 2022 and were ready for paid Wi-Fi in the rooms, paid change of beach towels. But: everything is included in the price of the tour. Wi-Fi is decent throughout the territory, towels are changed twice a week for free, more often - 0.5 euros, a safe in the rooms, a refilled mini-bar with water, cola, fanta, sprite are also free.
The only thing that overshadows is that the work of the maids coincides with the hours of our afternoon rest, so cleaning is not every day.
The sea is beautiful, there are always free sun beds, a comfortable minibus runs to the beach.
We don't swim in the pools, but there are always free places here too.
The food is excellent, almost around the clock. Animation is daily, but we don't go there, so I can't say anything about this point.
The staff is friendly, attentive, there is a Russian-speaking girl at the reception. In general, the hotel is quite consistent with its stardom!

We had a rest from 2.07 to 15.07. In general, it would be nice if we hadn't ruined everything in the end. Check-out is at 16.30, at 12 they were evicted from the room with a one-year-old child. When asked to leave us in the room or replace us with another one until 16 o'clock, because the child sleeps during this period of time and we still fly half the night, they replied that this is the concept of the hotel, the hotel is overcrowded, the hotel is interested in visiting tourists, but those who leave don't care.
At the same time, a bunch of people just left anex in the morning.
In general, the disappointment is complete, everything was fucked up right at the end. It's 42 degrees outside, the child didn't really sleep during the day, but they tell me about the concept.
If the hotel positions itself as a family hotel, then priorities must be set correctly. I talked about late check-out right at the entrance to the hotel, I was told, don't worry, madam, we are extending, especially you and the child!

I had a rest in October 2022 .A great hotel, clean, well maintained, surrounded by greenery. We had a standard room, cleaned every day, towels were changed daily, tea, coffee, sugar were reported. The room had a kettle and everything you need for a tea party. Everything worked in the shower, the hair dryer was working, there was soap. The only thing missing was shampoo, etc.
The food is varied in abundance. Very tasty bread, pastries, sweets.
The beach is big and clean.
There were enough beds with mattresses for everyone. I really liked the beach bar, where you could get cold water in a bottle, cool Ayran, beer, soft drinks.

I stayed at this hotel three times: in 2017 with my wife, in 2018 with my granddaughters, in 2019 all four of us together...Everyone is very happy...better than the nearest 5-star hotels...one small drawback is that there are 800 steps to the sea...but there is a walk, back tired - by bus!!

We rested at the Sidelya Hotel from 26.07 to 04.08.2021. I really enjoyed my vacation. Beautiful, well-maintained territory. There are many flowers, as well as fruit trees. We walked from the hotel to the sea in 10 minutes. We were returning by Shuttle. Very convenient. A clean beach. There are always free sun beds. Beach towels are paid, one towel is one dollar, a change of towel is 50 cents. The food in the restaurant is delicious and varied. There are small queues, but it didn't bother us. You need to sign up for dinner so that there is not a large influx of people who want to have dinner at the same time. Lots of fruits. The safe is located at the reception. But we didn't use the safe. The money was kept in the bedside tables. Passports too. We liked the hotel staff very much. A very polite and friendly maid who cleaned our building. There are many Germans staying at the hotel. I also noticed that there is a lot of entertainment for children, I really regretted that I did not take my grandson! I hope we will come back here! The territory is sooo cozy and mega green, an excellent fitness room, all equipment is in working condition. Two adult pools, two children's pools, table tennis, a football field, animation, everything was there! The food is normal, we are not picky, we will eat red caviar at home)
The rooms are comfortable, stylish, but very small plasma on the wall), balcony, there are drying devices. The sea is 7 minutes away, there is a restaurant on the shore, we had lunch there. I advise you to choose building 5,6 for recreation, they have the most pleasant location.Before settling in, it is better to take a walk and choose the building you like)We lived in the 2nd building, it was noisy and the view of the pool), we did not change, because there were few in the room.For a pleasant stay, I advise you!
