On 11/25/2024, we ordered gifts for the contest participants (board games, construction kits). The gifts were needed by December 3.
The order turned out to be large and the delivery was received on December 9th. After explaining the situation, the operator removed the items that were not in stock, and delivery was scheduled for December 2.
As a result, on December 2, there are no gifts and the operator's answer is: "Why did you decide that the delivery is today?". However, they took a mobile number, but no one called back.
As a result, 19 people will be left without gifts at the award ceremony.

We agreed on the next day, on this day they called and said that there were no seats in the car and we had to move it again. It's been a few days, today is the 15th of the next delivery. They called and said that they could only bring half, and the rest on the 18th. In total, they had to bring the 11th, 13th, 15th part and on the 18th they wanted to bring the rest. The order was canceled.
