By clicking on the link, I was convinced that the price really became 827 rubles instead of 1218 rubles.
To say that I felt cheated is to say nothing....

I handed over the printer and the courier turned it over, which violated the rules of transportation. Philip offered two options: either wait or cancel the order. I reminded him that the order was placed on credit, and I couldn't understand how he imagined it - the cancellation of the loan. His manner of communication left much to be desired — he spoke with obvious arrogance and mockery, as if he was trying to make me look like an idiot.
To be honest, I would never allow such "sellers" to customers.
When I asked to transfer the call, he refused me.
I called again - I got to the lending department to a wonderful girl, Anna. She explained everything to me in detail about the order, said that we could share it and with her we approved the delivery dates of the first part of the order.

I filled out an application on their website for warranty repairs. Then a specialist contacted me and I sent a video of the breakdown. They ordered the parts from the manufacturer. The departure of the master was agreed upon. As a result, we had to provide 2 details. Rain shower and sealer. In fact, the courier arrived with one detail, and when I pointed out to him that there was no defuser, he took the shower trails and left. Repeated calls in the 21st century don't help, they just say wait for a call, and it's been going on since December 31.
