Specifically concerns the 21st century online store. I ordered the product in the store more than once. I thought it was a decent store. It turned out that I was very much mistaken. They brought the dishwasher by courier to the house To open the packaging and check if everything was working properly inside, the courier categorically refused, citing the fact that he only carried it. He doesn't do any checking. When I unpacked it myself, I found a breakdown, the holder of the upper sprinkler was broken. I went to the store, they refused to replace it, they were talking some nonsense. According to the law of the Republic of Belarus, Article 23,25,28 "On Consumer Rights protection", I did not violate anything, I applied on time. They must change the car immediately or within 3 days. I don't advise anyone to deal with this store anymore.. As for the courier, I assume that everyone knew about the breakdown, so they refused to ask. in my presence.
