awesome! Raju is the best cleaner and a kind man. we had 2 rooms with 4 children, and every time he was patient and very delicate. the hotel very convenient, the rooms are well furnished, new and modern. beach is cool, there is a pool, a lot of activities, like aqua aerobics, which we really enjoyed.

An incredibly wonderful hotel. Everything corresponds to 5 stars. The interior is amazing. Recreation areas for every taste: for children, for toddlers, a swimming pool for adults without children-complete relaxation and peace. The territory is green and beautiful, the food is very diverse.
But I would especially like to mention the hospitality and care. We have vacationed many places, but this attitude is rarely seen. It was my daughter's birthday, and on that day the hotel did everything for her: in the restaurant I came to congratulate the whole staff with wonderful singing and a delicious cake with candles. Then the animators organized a celebration and congratulations at the evening disco. The child is happy!!! The animators are above all praise-friendly and caring. They entertain all guests daily and throughout the hotel. Water games, yoga at sunset, zumba-everything is there.
We visited the lava restaurant-we haven't tried such delicious sushi and tom kha before
Drinks: juices and coffee are also very tasty-it is clear that the hotel thinks about quality.
It was not without adventures:I accidentally injured my leg-the whole hotel immediately came to the rescue, organized a doctor, delivery to the hospital, and waited and met back-every employee is trying
to help and support morally.

We had a rest in August 2024. A cozy, beautiful, rather large hotel on the beach. Very friendly, helpful, attentive staff, liked the food, had a rest with the children, no one was left hungry. The room is clean, tidy, there is a safe, refrigerator, capsule coffee machine, electric kettle (refilled with 0.5l bottled water, tea, coffee with cream if necessary), ironing board and iron. The water was 30 degrees, the heat by the sea was well tolerated, there were animators for both adults and children. There is a free bus to Fujairah twice a week, you just need to make an appointment at the reception in advance (there is a Russian-speaking staff). If you need a quiet relaxing holiday by the sea - here you are

A lovely, beautiful, stylish hotel. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail.
The bathrooms are clean, snow-white towels, soap, hand cream.
Friendly staff, they will tell you everything, answer all questions, solve all problems.
Excellent cuisine, the choice is not very large, but the dishes are all delicious, from vegetables to desserts
The waiters are always friendly, the hall is clean.
Rooms are cleaned every day, towels are changed as well. Everything for hygiene lies neatly on the shelves.
Animators try to organize leisure time for vacationers, calmly and not intrusively.

The restaurant and chef are amazing, but there is no classic children's food: French fries and nuggets for dinner, many people are sad who has children, but I think this is a plus, children eat normal healthy food. We went to the Lobster restaurant, took a large plate of seafood and lobster - all local Omani lobsters, local fish, everything is fresh. All the staff is attentive. The sea is comfortable, even in February it was possible to swim. The pool is very warm in February, heated.

I really liked the hotel

Our departure was late, we extended our check-out to 15 hours without any problems, then we quietly used the hotel services (including the luggage room) for another 3 hours before the transfer
It is very convenient that they provide the opportunity to reschedule lunch missed due to the tour on the day of departure.
For excursions, you can safely contact Ali (he sits at the reception or walks around the pools), cheaper than tour operators, and satisfied with the quality
For us, probably the only downside was that there wasn't much place to go for a walk. Nearby, through the Mirage Hotel, there is a nice sandy wild beach with almost no people. There is also a fruit market within a 10-minute walk. That's it.
It was important for us that there was a separate 18+ zone with a swimming pool, and we hardly crossed paths with the children, only at meals
Speaking of the hotel's beach, it can be noted that it is quite small, unlike the wild one, with small stones, not sand. There are a lot of children, but there are rescuers. We preferred to go wild)
We were also satisfied with the food and drinks. As we read in many reviews, there is not much variety, but there was always something new.
The sauna is small but clean, and the hammam (unlike most others) does not smell of rags. 😅

We visited this hotel as tourists in October 2024. We lived here for 10 days. I want to start with the pros first: a very clean hotel, friendly and helpful staff, wonderful pools with bars, one of the pools is only for adults, there are always towels, there are enough sun loungers, there is a wild beach nearby, it is magnificent, I have not seen such beauty until this moment. I would like to mention the administrator at the Zakaria reception. He helped in everything, knows Russian well. A nice young man.
Now the cons: food, not to call it a minus, everything seems to be there: fish, chicken, and meat, but every day for breakfast, lunch is the same, without changes in the menu, we tried to diversify dinners, but believe me, we are unpretentious in food, when you eat the same thing on day 7, and I'm silent about the 10th day, I really want our cutlets, purees and borscht. There is no evening animation for adults, the pools, as well as the beach, close at 17.00. The remoteness of the hotel. It seems to be a minus, but not a plus either. But there is a wild beach nearby. But it takes 2.5 hours to drive from Dubai. There is nothing nearby, only a fruit bazaar nearby, and their fruits are wonderful, take them from the first kid, knows Russian, makes good discounts.
The main disadvantage, because of which I took off the star, because of the previous cons / half-pluses, is the oil spill (photo attached). The rest was spoiled, because the beach, the sea - everything was in fuel, there is a bottle of oil, please wipe off. Maybe, like we were told, we were unlucky, but I think it's important to warn tourists about this. People pay money, choose where to go, we waited for this trip for a year, chose a country, a hotel, and then oil. Almost a spa treatment, if you make a joke. Again, maybe we were really unlucky, like others who vacationed with us, and others who came after us. Out of 10 days, we swam in a more or less clear sea for 5 days. Hurtful. We took excursions, compensated with this. I repeat, the hotel itself is not to blame for this, as is the tour operator, but this can happen.

- [ ] We had 2 creepy-smelling pillows in our room, as if they had been lying wet for about a month, and then they gave it to the guests... replaced.
- [ ] It is not comfortable to dry things in the room. There are only 2 upholstered chairs. We hang them on them. Take a couple of ropes with you.

Unlike her male colleague, who did it right away. It seems to me that such people have no place in the service, especially when working with children. 80% of the hotel's guests are Russians. I would really like to be able to speak their language with children. It's like a wish.

We were vacationing with friends at this hotel. From September 1 to September 7, and we were very satisfied with our vacation!
We flew from Moscow by Fly Dubai airline. Everything started well, but when we arrived at the runway, our plane stopped and stood for about 2 hours, later we were taken to the airport and there we sat for about 5.5 more hours. As it turned out, there were drones in Moscow and, accordingly, the flight was delayed because of this!
The flight attendants on the plane do not understand Russian , but there was no discomfort ! Water and hot meals were provided on board the aircraft. Chicken or vegetables were offered from the hot. It was the same on the return flight.
If anyone is interested, then Fly Dubai has an online check-in that opens two days before departure (and it's all free)
Upon arrival at Dubai Airport, we quickly passed all the checks, received our suitcases and went to the welcoming party, we had Fun Sun.
The guide gathered all the tourists and took them to the bus! We drove to the hotel for about 3 hours, it was very tiring since our hotel was the penultimate one!
Therefore, if someone wants to get to the hotel faster, it is better to book an individual transfer)
Upon arrival at the hotel, we were warmly welcomed by the reception staff! We filled out all the documents and went to the room, since we were already late at the hotel due to the flight delay, our room was already ready)))

We had two large beds in the room. The room was cleaned every day. Towels and bed linen were always changed and water was provided. Water was always replenished with 6 bottles, tea, coffee, cream, sugar of three types. Shampoo, gel, hair conditioner, body lotion are all in the room. Hair dryer. Cotton swabs, napkins, paper handkerchiefs, toothbrushes, caps, even a nail file) Bathrobes, slippers. Iron, ironing board. A kettle, a coffee machine. The safe is free of charge. We were happy with the room. It was clean and cozy.

We didn't go to Ala Carte restaurants. Only to the main restaurant. Yes, there is not much food, but it is delicious and there is always a choice. It is clear that the breakfasts are of the same type. There is always something to eat. Different types of cereals, porridge, omelets, yoghurts, delicious pastries, pancakes, waffles, donuts, nuts, dates. Sausages, bacon, sausages of two types, cheeses.For lunch and dinner, there was always a choice of chicken meat in different variations. Beef. Fish is just a dump 😊Soups, there are always two to choose from for dinner. Side dishes are also always pasta, spaghetti, mashed potatoes, rice in two types, stewed vegetables. The fruits were watermelon, melon, fruit salad of melon, grapes and dragon fruit. There weren't many salads and vegetables, but it was enough. The hotel grounds are excellent and always clean. On the 1st level there is a swimming pool for adults only, they were not allowed there with children, the pool was cooling in such heat and there were always plenty of empty sun beds, as they never had to occupy in Turkey) There is also a bar that was open from 9 a.m. to 22 p.m. , alcoholic drinks were poured from 11 a.m.) The bartenders made delicious cocktails and never spared alcohol)))
On the 2nd level, where there is a descent to the sea, there was also a swimming pool, but it was already possible to swim with children, there is also a bar where drinks of various types are poured) For the youngest there is a pool under the shade!
There is animation in the hotel, but somehow we didn't really see it, but we didn't need it. A couple of times we saw dancing in the pool, aqua aerobics and something else)
The sea is excellent, like fresh milk, the tide is high in the morning, the tide is low in the afternoon. Clean , transparent , there were many different types of fish , a turtle swam a couple of times .If you go into the sea, you don't want to go out anymore, we swam for 2-3 hours without getting out of the water))) There were no oil spills during our stay at the hotel!!! In my opinion, there were not many sun beds, but there were enough of them, there was no such thing that you would come to the beach , but there were no sun beds.
There is a small market near the hotel, which can be reached on foot. Leave the hotel, turn right and walk along the road for 8-10 minutes and get to a small market. They sell fruits and more )
We took an individual tour from a guide to Dubai, came up with locations ourselves and drove a car around the locations)
I liked everything)
Entrance tickets to the attractions were not included, if you want, then buy separately from the guide right during the tour.
To summarize) We really liked the hotel! The air temperature was comfortable compared to Dubai itself. If it was about 45 degrees in Dubai, then it was about 33-35 here.
I recommend the hotel, would I go to it again? Definitely YES!!!!!

Everyone is trying to make our vacation great. Our room was changed without any additional charges. They checked in ahead of time without money, spilled the room because we have a late check-out for free too. 2 swimming pools. There are only adults in one thing and it is very pleasing. Children are entertained. There is animation for adults, but it is weak. All photos of the hotel are real. I highly recommend it! I would like to add about the excursions. We went to Oman by boat. Disgusting! Not a boat, but a trough. It fluttered in different directions so that we thought we would not return alive. They put pills for motion sickness without instructions. The guy got sick and was barely pumped out. You won't see any fish. At best, the turtle will swim through and that's it. Don't expect that you have another operator and everything will be fine. No. The whole hotel was buzzing for this tour and tourists went from different operators.

Upon check-out, the reception staff themselves noticed that we had been on excursions 3 times during lunch/dinner and offered us lunch at the expense of these passes, which was great, considering the room check-in before lunch (transfer after lunch).
There are Russian-speaking hostesses, there are no bar/cleaning services, etc. They don't speak English either.

My husband liked the whiskey. There are two types of beer. Czech and Belgian in banks. The territory of the hotel is small, but cozy. The beach is small, but there were enough sunbeds for everyone. At lunch, everyone is blown away somewhere))) The sea is warm and gentle. Transparent. Great hotel. I really wanted to be away from the hustle and bustle. If you want the same thing, then come here!!! There are no shops or a noisy highway nearby. Only you, the mountains and the ocean!

Recently, the whole family spent an unforgettable week of rest in a cozy hotel by the sea. We rested there from 08/23 to 08/31. Waking up every morning to the sound of waves and the gentle sun, I felt complete relaxation and peace. The hotel's service was of the highest level - the courteous staff, cozy rooms and varied food amazed me. The time spent on the beach, exploring the surroundings or enjoying treats at the restaurant overlooking the ocean left vivid memories. I am grateful to this hotel for the opportunity to relax body and soul, immerse myself in an atmosphere of tranquility and comfort. Rooms were cleaned and towels were changed every day. I can recommend places for you if you want to buy souvenirs and sweets with you. It is better to take and order a taxi at the reception to the LULU market. A one-way taxi costs 25 dirhams. You will be taken to the market. There is an MS MAX market next to Lulu. That's where we bought well. That I had to buy 1 more suitcase. The whole trip made an unforgettable impression on us. The children are delighted! And so are we!

I love this Emirate very much, but this is my first time at Fairmont and of course I am pleasantly surprised. This is probably one of the few hotels that is aimed at different ages. Children are always busy with wonderful, active animators (Abdula and Milena are a separate love of children), it is also possible to give them to a room for a couple of hours, where they will have fun in the cool while watching cartoons, drawing, walking / wandering, swinging and other children's entertainment. Adults can enjoy the silence at adult pools at this time (this is also not often found), they are allowed only from the age of 18. The sea is warm, the approach is convenient in aquashouses, but many did not use them and felt great. The hotel has places for movement, there are places where you can relax in privacy. About the restaurant: smart guys with a capital letter, always attentive, nimble and as friendly as possible. The food, again, is the Emirates- not Turkey, so no frills, but no one went hungry, fish, vegetables, fruits every day. Special thanks for the lack of French fries and nuggets. The cleaning is on top, towels and bed linen are changed every day. We are 100% satisfied with our stay, I hope to return to this hotel in the near future. A great hotel for a family holiday. 10 days flew by like a flash. Honest all inclusive, varied food, high-quality alcohol, and most importantly, high-quality service. There is a sandy outlet to the sea, bounded by a bay. This is a plus since this part of the Gulf of Oman is often not calm. I liked the place.
I had a vacation in August 2024 with my family.
The hotel is located in the mountainous part of the Fujairah Emirate. There is another hotel and multi-storey villas of local residents in the area. We did not try to get to the neighboring hotel, you can walk along the shore along the empty villas.
We took the hotel with ALL INCLUSIVE. So we didn't think about when to eat and when to drink. The food and drinks are at a very high average level. There were no delicacies, but we did not leave hungry and always tried something new (although this is not much). Alcohol without edges and poisoning. Nice and varied. Cocktails were made without problems (they say that they used to charge for it).
The rooms are spacious, our beds were very high, one and a half. They cleaned regularly, water and coffee were constantly replenished. We didn't worry about things. Gadgets and money were not lost. If there were malfunctions in the room, they were immediately corrected when contacting.
There was a Russian-speaking employee at the reception, the others offered to communicate through a Google translator. There were no problems with the staff at all.
The hotel had a separate pool for adults, separate for children. Both with a bar. It was safe to leave the children in the basennoye (lifeguard and smooth depth drops.
The beach is sandy, although there are few rocks at the entrance. The water is steamed, the purest. There are almost no living creatures. The beach is enclosed by a bay, which generally removed the waves. As always, half of the beds are immediately occupied. However, we noticed late that the towels were laid out by the staff out of the kindness of our hearts, and we thought that the seats were occupied. So later they just lay down where there were no personal belongings, there were no problems.
Of the cons: this is almost complete or very primitive entertainment. For a detached hotel, this is a minus. Although we were not very bored.
Cherry: if you go to the side, behind the neighboring hotel, then a huge wild beach begins. It makes super photos.

The hotel is located in Fujairah, the northernmost emirate. As everywhere there are pros and cons, which are much more.
We chose to relax with children, in the description of the hotel there is a slide, a children's area, an inflatable center on the water-so there is NO slide, the children's area for kids opened after 3 days and after 3 more non-slip tiles were stuck, the inflatable center worked 3 out of 11 days of stay at the hotel).
The food is on a stable three, there is something to compare it with, because this is the 3rd hotel in the Emirates. 2 types of rice, over-dried potatoes of different cuts, tender beef with veins and fat, the same fish in different sauces, okra and vegetables in a sauce without taste, the same pasta. Salads are specific. You can find something to eat, but if vacationers also order food delivery after dinner, it says something!
The service is good, but again not without quibbling with children (2.5 years old son)-do not touch it, it is impossible, do not go here, etc. The cleaning didn't seem to let me down)
Mattresses are very, very, very soft, which is bad for the back and blood flow. At the end, the water in the bar was given in a jar of 0.33 iron, which is not very convenient, unlike plastic with a lid of 0.5, and even it is necessary to beg. By the way, I also had to ask for toothpicks at the exit of the restaurant.
The psy was checking in on the 10th floor and as if there were no one there and no one was visible. We also extended the room by 2.5 hours at the request.
There is also good animation, they study and play with children, there is a mini disco, then cartoons with popcorn and from Thursday to Sunday they will entertain programs (magic tricks, belly dancing, a guy in a skirt, acrobatics) for 20 minutes.
Another absolute plus is that there is a market nearby where you can buy whole fruits, and not cut like in a restaurant.
I'm sorry, I won't choose this hotel for the second time!

The food is monotonous, chicken in some kind of incomprehensible, viscous sauce, beef and fish. The same thing every day, and it doesn't taste very good(. It's delicious when the chefs make separate dishes for dinner. There is a separate pool for adults, but it is very modest in size. The beach is normal, the entry into the sea is excellent, if it were not for the film of petroleum products, it would be generally great. Animators save the situation. The food is delicious, there is always something to choose, sometimes there is even pilaf, which is liked by visitors from the CIS. You definitely won't stay hungry there.
The selection of fruits is not huge, but again, there are enough of them.
There is a selection of drinks, including spirits, Czech beer. The rooms are stylish and clean. There is everything for comfort. Cleaning takes place every day.
You can swim either in the ocean, a backwater with breakwaters, where there are no dangerous animals and only small fish swim, or in two pools, one main, family, where there are Jacuzzi areas, a paddling pool for kids, and a deep pool for those who want to swim.
There is also an adult-only swimming pool. With cool water.
There are bars in all pools.
The only thing I didn't like was that the pools and the ocean close after sunset. Employees say it's for safety, it's probably better this way, in general it's not critical. A whole day of rest is enough.
You can go shopping at a pier at a distance of 11 km, where you can find things at cheap prices, for gifts, but there is a problem with women's things there, since local women wear a niqab, and do not need other clothes. well, there are no warm clothes, which is also expected.
And despite the fact that the world is huge and there are a lot of places to relax, next time I want to return to the Fujairah Firemont.

I was in Fairmont in March 2024. The hotel is fresh, the room stock is 4+. The main building is located on a hill. We stayed at this hotel from June 18 to June 27, 2024 using the all inclusive system.
The impressions are positive.
The food is very tasty and varied: always 2-3 types of chicken, 2 types of fish, beef, lamb, lamb, at least 5 side dishes, stewed vegetables (or grilled), various vegetable and meat stews, fruits - watermelon, orange, melon, pineapple. Delicious desserts, ice cream. Coffee from the coffee machine. Juices, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are of very good quality. Very tasty cheeses, sausages (for breakfast), flour products (waffles and pancakes), there are many different sweet additives to them. There is also a variety of salads. There was no influx of people in the restaurant, there are always a lot of tables and the waiters pay maximum attention (pour water into glasses, bring cocktails and clean the tables quickly enough).
The room was in the main building, it is very comfortable, spacious with sea views.
The hotel has 3 swimming pools: for adults, shared and for very young children. There were always plenty of sun beds on the beach and by the pool. The beach near the sunbeds is sandy, there are stones when entering the water. Moreover, if the tide is high, you can't reach them, but if the tide is low, it's a little unpleasant to enter. Turtles swim in the sea, you can swim up to them and even gently touch them. There are fish, but there are not many of them, we swam with a mask and watched the underwater world. A very big plus is that the staff is focused on both English-speaking and Russian-speaking tourists. We were settled by Alexandra, who explained the whole concept of the hotel. Many thanks to the animators (especially Abdul), the children are well entertained, everyone is delighted. There are no evening discos for adults, but this was not a minus, since we came for a quiet family vacation, and not for parties.
