A cool bank especially to make deposits . Always a polite welcome. Everything is in the order of the queue. Quietly calmly. Send your money through Turon Bank.

They work too slowly . One sales register , one employee , and 2 hours for one form . I would write faster in Chinese than they do... it's really, really bad.

We arrived in Samarkand for tourist purposes, but by our arrival on 07/24/2013, the service of Russian bank cards master cards and visa had stopped. We found a way out, transferred money to ourselves through the Unistream transfer system. There was information on the website of Turon Bank that they are partners of this transfer system. We arrive at this bank on 07/25.23 for the opening, take a coupon, wait for the operator to inform us: "The contract with this system has been terminated, transfers will not be issued" at the same time I did not want to communicate in Russian but could not in English. We went to the hall administrator, he told us: "a technical malfunction of Unistream, the transfer will not be given to us, go to another bank." We call the Unistream head office in Moscow and they tell us that the problem arose only with transfers in euros and dollars, there are no problems with issuing in soums." In general, we fought for more than two hours with the administrator, who absolutely did not want to do anything to resolve the situation. He showed us some messages in WhatsApp and telegrams, supposedly this is the official response of the bank. He refused to write a refusal to issue a transfer to us and did not provide any order with the signature and seal of the bank justifying his actions. We made another transfer through the AsiaExpress transfer system already in dollars. And again the refusal, now we do not have registration in Uzbekistan (although the law allows you not to do this if you come for a short period of time, three days exactly), but it has its own laws. We reached the manager of this branch of the bank, Hassan Ibodullayevich Ochilov, and he gave the order to issue transfers under Russian registration (Thank him very much, the only person in this branch who is able to think and make adequate decisions). The transfer took another 40 minutes to complete. As a result, we spent half a day there, a spoiled day, instead of exploring the tourist routes and attractions of the city. I do not recommend contacting this branch of the bank, because the staff's qualifications are not enough to solve basic tasks, they are not customer-oriented.
