I buy toys there all the time. The choice is good, the prices are not expensive, the staff are very polite, always ready to help and prompt. I am very glad that we have such a store near our house.

The store may be good, but the staff there are not competent. I made an order online. The store has a discount for birthday parties. But the seller said that the discount does not apply to online orders. The staff is completely unaware of how the discount works.
