Good day to all, I jammed the Unified State Register of Legal Entities in Santa Fe, SEE Zhilunovich 7k5, I'm not happy with the work of the "specialists" at all! I stopped by at the appointed time, the amount had been agreed before, but in the end the "master" increased the amount, explaining that I had to flash the car directly by connecting to the engine ECU, what's it got to do with me if you can't? Okay, I put up with that, because I treat other people's work with respect! After the firmware, I left, but the car wasn't driving as it should, it just turned into sluggish nothingness, I called, explained the situation, these "repairmen" told me that I needed to put a plug on the Unified State Register, no question, the next day they put it on the service station, but the car wasn't going! I call again and these "comrades" explain to me that they have stitched "the wrong thing" and will fix everything! I'm driving from another city again, I'm waiting for 2 hours again, they flashed, the car went. At least apologize for my wasted fuel, nerves, and most importantly time! I do not advise anyone to get exactly on Zhilunovich!

I left a request on the website (Chip tuning), dialed me "master" - named the amount *** - Agreed! I brought the car on time. Because it was the end of the day, they just took my keys without giving me an order for an outfit. The next morning, I wrote to them in the messenger (where they had previously written me the address), there was no response until lunch - as a result, the message arrived when I already drove up to the garage, I was met by a guy - as it turned out later, the director. He holds out the keys and announces the amount 4 times more!!! The company's slogan "after discussing the price, the amount is fixed" - so this is a lie! After 20 minutes of talking in raised tones, I was asked to roll back the firmware. The "director" claimed that they had a recording of telephone conversations and his "specialist" could not be mistaken (of course, they did not provide me with a recording, because there is none). The expectation was that I would leave everything as it is! While we were standing near the car with the owner of the garage and discussing the situation, the guy who accepted the application was doing something on the computer and laughing inappropriately to himself, there is no certainty that in 5 minutes he returned everything as it was and with high quality. I didn't hear any apologies, they just said, "Be glad we didn't charge you for the diagnosis." Anyone who is thinking of doing chip tuning and contacting this "garage" for a service - re-read my review and think twice before contacting them! Waste your nerves, money on a taxi and time for nothing!!!
