The seller Anastasia is very meticulous, it was cleaned. She helped with taste. In a stressful situation, when the terminal refused, she proved herself to be a staunch employee, respecting the rights of the buyer. I tried to solve the problem on my own. Despite the fact that my nerves were frayed, because the money was hanging in the air, the issue was resolved, the goods were in my hands-isn't this an indicator of professionalism? She knows a lot about smells and what the client needs. I give a solid "5" out of "5" for this particular employee. Anyone can work in calm greenhouse conditions, but working with a demanding customer, dealing with objections and wishes is already an indicator. I'll tell you another 100 to buy at this point. Besides, the product is really great quality.

Anastasia, the seller, is just terrible, she couldn't really advise on the flavors, she doesn't keep the island clean (the whole counter is greasy, and the glass windows are stained), the blotters that supposedly should smell like the perfumes they are supposed to smell don't smell at all, the flavors differ significantly from the originals.
