I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by this consulting company, from start to finish, my experience was nothing but a nightmare. I explicitly informed them that I hold dual citizenship, a critical detail for my application. Shockingly, they failed to include this information on my application form. This is a fundamental error that could have serious consequences for my case. Additionally, they completely omitted my child’s information from the application, which is another mistake that reflects their lack of attention to detail and professionalism. Their careless handling of my case has cost me not only three months of valuable time but also a substantial amount of money (they never offered a refund). I entrusted them with an important matter, and they failed me at every step. Their lack of expertise and disregard for basic client information is unacceptable. I strongly advise anyone considering their services to look elsewhere. This company is unreliable, unprofessional, and not worth the risk. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration – avoid them at all costs!
