I encountered a strange situation when trying to record: I was refused with the wording "we will not be able to provide a service that will satisfy you." I wanted a standard basic service - to remove the extended nails and make a long-lasting coating. The inst profile header indicates bonuses for regular customers, which are not true: the salon owner named a free jacket for everyone, including new customers and a discount on their birthday. When checking with the master, who has been working here for more than six months, the information about the bonuses was not confirmed - it was as if she had heard about it for the first time. A three-day warranty was also initially indicated, but later the owner stated that she did not provide any guarantees at all. There is an impression of a complete lack of consistent information and a consistent approach to working with clients.
