Пришлось обратиться к нотариусу Капитоновой О.В., т.к. наследственное дело открыто у нее. По субботам по данному вопросу она принимает в порядке живой очереди. Заявление о принятии наследства готовят более 2-х часов с момента установления личности обратившегося и цепочки его родства к наследодателю. Во время разговора Ольга Викторовна позволяет себе неуважительное общение с насмешками в отношении обратившегося к ней человека (а с людьми, которые к ней обращаются уже не первый раз очень дружелюбна, не говоря о том, что они даже заходят без стука в офис). К данному нотариусу обращаться не советую. Граждане приходят к нотариусу за грамотным оформлением юридических вопросов, а не получать грубость, насмешки и другие подобные выпады особенно в то время, когда у человека горе.

Оформляли генеральную доверенность. Все было сделано быстро, грамотно, за относительно небольшую плату. Очереди нет, юрист и помощник внимательны, вежливы, при необходимости задают вопросы, вникают в нюансы. Остались довольны! 👍

Не суть важно, что женщина злая, можно пережить. Но блин, почему перечисляя документы не пояснять сразу где нужны только оригиналы документов, а где копии? Два раза каталась почём зря, по итогу так и не сделала документы к нужному мне сроку. Просто из за копии перевода
