We took a car from the guys for the day, very positive responsive guys, answer quickly, everything is smartly understandable transparently, no fraud, do not be stupid, answer all questions quickly, solve problems (for example, we had to have a child safety seat, which became known late in the evening before the rental day), shel shel and they sorted everything out and threw on extra money for it. To be honest, we have rented cars many places around the world, but a car in Uzbekistan is a very dubious pleasure, due to horse fines and restrictions. Thank God, it passed us by, but we only drove for 1 day. If you have any ways to avoid this or you are not soaring, then there are no questions about the torrent at all. There is a mileage limit, like many here, but we thought the surcharge for extra km is not so big, in principle, you can't drive a lot here with such restrictions, so it's quite normal. In general, all the best to the guys and every success in all areas!

I liked absolutely everything in the process. I used to rent a car in September 2024, took a Chevrolet tracker. The registration process took no more than 10 minutes. The office is conveniently located, the office has air conditioning, water cooler, all amenities. The deposit for the car, if necessary, can be transferred and received back to the card of a Russian bank, which is good news. The car was provided clean and with a full tank. I used the car with my family, so the condition of the car was important. The condition of the car is excellent, there are no complaints. There were no problems with operation and refueling at all, 95 and even 98 gasoline is available in any large city (Tatneft), which is exactly enough to get one tank of gasoline. The roads for this car are good everywhere (we were in Chimgan, Chirchik, Tashkent, Samarkand, Bukhara). The deposit was returned in full without delay and complaints. According to the ratio of the rental price, the amount of the deposit and the daily mileage of as much as 300 kilometers, I can confidently say that the best offer in the country, I highly recommend in rent! I really liked the rental: adequate prices (correspond to those indicated on the website), I wrote off in advance and booked a car, it took at most 15 minutes from entering the office to leaving with a ready-made car, the same time it took delivery.
The car was in perfect technical condition, low mileage, fresh year, completely clean.
There is a nice option: the deposit can be transferred to a Russian bank card. They also returned it without any deductions.
Another thing I liked: I returned the car with half a tank, the employee immediately went to the gas station, I paid the check from the gas station - without any "internal rates" for fuel.
Not a minus, but only as a suggestion - to organize your own small parking lot for the delivery and acceptance of cars - it is not very convenient to do this on the roadway.

Excellent car rental service. The price is average in Tashkent. Cars are served clean, and there is welcome water in the cabin.
If you do not drive and comply with traffic regulations, the deposit will be refunded 5 days after checking the fines in a convenient way for you.
The staff is very contact, always ready to meet clients. The main thing is to follow the company's rules, which you will be told in detail when you take the car.
The only disadvantage for me is the lack of a stand for a gadget with a navigator. Not everyone knows Tashkent and its surroundings, so the spouse was as a navigator. I hope the guys will fix this, because this is an inexpensive but necessary additional convenience to the service.
I will use it as needed.

We rented a car for 3 days for a trip to Samarkand. What surprised me right away: the prices for cars are exactly the same as in the advertisement on the site) there are cars of different weight categories, we took the baby Chevrolet spark. We talked with Alexander, a representative of the company. Everything is fast, polite, and to the point. A very flexible approach in general. They provided a choice of payment method (cash, transfer, and even transfer to Russian Sberbank to refund the deposit). The lease agreement is clear, in general, the rules for renting are very clear, the general rules for driving in Uzbekistan were explained quickly and clearly to avoid additional problems. During the inspection, a video was taken of the condition of the body so that there would be no misunderstanding. The deposit is refunded 5 days after the car is returned and the fines are checked. Everything is fast, simple, and there were no misunderstandings or problems at all. Having experience renting cars in different countries, I would give 6 stars out of 5 👍

We rented a car for a week, booked a day before arrival (flew on vacation in early November). We are absolutely completely satisfied with the quality of the organization's work, everything is clear, without unnecessary questions and to the point. We took the car to the airport and picked it up there. The deposit was transferred to a Russian card, it was later returned back, a week later, we did not pick up any fines, but money was deducted from the deposit for washing and delivering the car to the airport, which we agreed on in advance. The car was in excellent technical condition, Cobalt drove five people for a whole week along all the uneven roads and serpentines and proved to be a good side.
In summary, I would like to say that I often use the services of rental organizations and the guys from In Rent are among the best of all time.

We rented a car in In Rent in August 2024. We took a Chevrolet Cobalt for 9 days, for a trip to Uzbekistan. Very positive reviews about the company. There is an official website with prices in Russian. The rental price is adequate. Chevrolet cobalt cost 350,000 sums per day. At the same time, the car is insured in CASCO and CTP. The rent was paid with a Gazprom Union Pay card. The deposit was made by transfer from the Russian VTB to Alfabank (very convenient). The car was provided with a new, clean one with a full tank. The daily permissible mileage is 300 km per day (more than the daily mileage in other companies). The contract is in Russian, as well as the power of attorney. You can add a second driver. The company's staff is very polite, everyone speaks Russian. We returned the car a day earlier, we were refunded the money for the day of rent (minus the commission of 20%). The only thing that I didn't like was the amount of the deposit being refunded minus the bank's commission, I got about minus 500 rubles for two deposits and the second minus is that it is unprofitable to take a car and drive it to another city, from Tashkent to Samarkand, if you leave the car there, you need to pay 20,000 rubles for distillation.

We rented a Chevrolet Tracker for 6 days. We went to the Charvak reservoir, Bukhara and Samarkand. The car is new without complaints. You can book a couple of days before arrival. The mileage is limited to 300 km per day, which was enough with a margin! We originally wanted to take it to the SIXT at the airport, but it is more expensive there and the mileage of 200 km is limited. So IN RENT won on all counts)) It is convenient that the deposit can be transferred directly from the Russian card. Well, they returned it within the agreed time frame 5 days after the return of the car, minus fines. Of course, the trouble with fines is the sea of cameras! I rented a car from these guys. We issued it without any problems, briefly told the conditions, explained everything. The registration took about half an hour. A power of attorney and a contract with a detailed description of all the conditions are given in hand. We read everything carefully! A deposit is required.For tourists from the Russian Federation, the deposit can be transferred to the company's card in rubles. After 5 days, the deposit in the same rubles is returned by transfer without problems (If no fines are caught). Comfortable.
The office is located in the center.
At the time of receiving the car, they offer to inspect and fix all the defects, which should not be neglected. Turn on the camera on the phone, and go around at least in a circle.
The car is on the machine, it was not new, the ABS sensor was on, but as they say, it does not affect the speed. But it didn't cause any problems. It is clean enough, well maintained. Upon delivery, we must deliver it in the same condition. (We carefully read the contract, save the receipts for gasoline).
If you are not local, you should also consider the following nuances:
1. It's hard to drive in the city, they drive ugly. You have to be prepared for this. It is better to take a taxi ride for a couple of days before renting, so that there is an understanding, but do you need it?
2. The fines are large. Speed, and it is better not to break the stop line. If there are 60 in the city, then we are going 60. They say there is an error of + 5, but I do not recommend checking.
3. Read the local traffic rules. It might come in handy. ( like turning right under a red light) .
Be careful, take your time, and then the trip will give you pleasure and save money on fines. I was lucky, it worked out.

We took a car for 3 days for a trip to the mountains when we traveled to Uzbekistan (ourselves from Russia). They do not book much in advance, only 2 days in advance. The car is clean, serviceable. The guys are always in touch, they give an answer to any question through Vacap. Rental prices are lower compared to other rentals. The deposit was made by transfer to the Tinkoff card. We also got it back. However, the loss in the region of 1.5 tr due to conversion, this must be understood and taken into account. They are not allowed to go to the jade lakes, only to the village of Tepar. But that's right, there is no road there at all and you can only get from Tepar to the lakes by a serious SUV or a field that is on duty there. In general, we are happy with the company, we recommend it!

In March 2024, I rented a Chevrolet Spark here for 8 days. I didn't book in advance, I didn't even call, I found it on Yandex Maps and arrived. There were two Spark cars to choose from, the car was issued immediately. I paid a deposit of 2 million uzs. I was worried that there would be problems with the return of the deposit, since according to the terms of the lease, the deposit is refunded 5 days after the return of the car. During this period, fines should be received if someone violated under the cameras. Everything was fine with me, no fines. The money was returned to the Tinkoff card when I was already in Russia. The only car rental in Tashkent, which has a daily mileage limit of 300 km. The cars are insured by CTP + CASCO, the deductible is equal to the amount of the deposit. The employees are very sociable, they know their business, they advise in the cart, including on issues that are not directly related to renting a car (where to see the current exchange rates, which mobile operator is stable when traveling in Uzbekistan, the current cost of gasoline, etc.), which is very useful for tourists coming to the country for the first time. We rented a 2023 CHEVROLET TRACKER-II for 10 days. At the time of receipt, the car was clean, with a full tank. There were some scouts in some places, but the guys said that we knew about them and offered to make a video. One of the surmountable disadvantages is that when concluding the contract, we were offered to sign an obligation that we would not visit certain regions of the country and locations in the mountainous regions of Uzbekistan. It was not a matter of principle for us, but why not indicate it on the website, in the Conditions section?

We took the most popular car in Uzbekistan - a white Chevrolet Cobalt. The condition of the car is good, the delivery - acceptance is reasonable, there are no quibbles. The issue- acceptance is short-lived. The main communication with the rental staff in Tlg.
We went to the nearest mountains (Amirsoy) and the Fergana Valley. Yandex cameras on the highway to Kokand are not always accurately marked - they caught one fine (and it is ~ 2500 rubles for a minimum violation), and the threshold is only 5 kmh.
The refund of the deposit (minus the fine) is very fast (there are transfers from Uzbek to Russian cards with a min commission).
The only point is that there is no early booking of vehicles for the desired dates at all. Everything is determined literally in 1 day. We were lucky, but how it will be next time is unclear. But this is how all rental offices work in Tashkent.

I've rented it several times already. Everything went well. If you want a normal car, take a more expensive one from the list of identical ones. There are several cheaper and more expensive options for the same brand. Only one is a couple of years older. But it still feels like a couple of years at the box office. Therefore, there is not much difference there, but it will be much more pleasant to drive. We went to the lake and the car broke down. After 1.5 hours, this time is just from the rental to our location, a man arrived on a substitute gave us the documents and we drove on. The deposit is returned in 5 days, as promised. Overall, I am satisfied with the service. Only inspect the car during delivery and acceptance and make a video review for yourself, since employees do not fix the damage that is already present on the car.

I was in Uzbekistan in early June. According to the positive reviews on Yandex, I decided to rent a car here. Out of habit (by analogy with booking in Europe), I began to book a car in advance a month in advance, to which I received the answer that it would not work in advance and I had to apply at least two days in advance. The price was not affected either. The price does not depend on how much you book in advance. In two days, the car that I wanted was not there. But they didn't leave it without a car. It was not very important for me, I took a 2014 Chevrolet Captiva. I skated around 1000km in 5 days. Tashkent-Angren-Samarkand-Chimgan-Tashkent. There were comments on the steering, but overall everything is fine. The car did not fail. The registration is very prompt. The staff is extremely polite and customer-oriented. When making out, he left a deposit of 3000000 soums (a pledge agreement is drawn up). 5 days after the car is returned, the deposit is refunded in full if there are no fines. They can put the WORLD on the map. I left Uzbekistan a couple of days later. The money was promptly returned to the card of a relative in Uzbekistan. I definitely recommend it!
