The bank is conveniently located right next to the road. The staff is polite. They will always help you figure it out if something is not clear to you. But the only problem is that there are cash desks on the side of the building for housing and communal services, etc. So the room is very small , there are few windows , but there are always a lot of people . Sometimes you'll even see people crowding on the street and you don't want to go there!(
