Крайне на довольна работой ответственного за внутренний аудит. Менеджер передавал мои заявки, он не перезванивал. После настоятельных требований перезвонила. Договорились на определенное время, что их бухгалтер подключится. У меня никаких данных не уточнили. Пришло сообщение через 20 минут от обозначенного времени, все ли в силе? Я ответила, что в силе. Прислать номер бухгалтера, т.к. он на удаленке? Поступил звонок. Оказалось, я сама должна была им позвонить вовремя, хотя договоренности такой не было. А потом заявили, что я в 10 не позвонила, поэтому бухгалтер уже не может. Я сказала, что мы не договаривались , что именно я должна им позвонить, на что сотрудник сказал, что я сама должна была. Я сказала, что мне не комфортно так работать, на что мне сказали: «Ну раз не комфортно, всего доброго». Никакой клиентоориентированности! Отвратительно! Столько времени потрачено в никуда!
