Everything is terrible. 1) Connected the Internet service for 3 days. It turned out that for some reason the unlimited overnight service was connected. But the support couldn't even explain. 2) Roaming does not work for non-residents, although I found out before connecting, they said that everything would work. 3) Support is constantly confused and contradicting themselves. 4) The app is terrible. It shows only one number, although I have two SIM cards, in order to see the second one, I probably need to log in. 5) You cannot manage via USSD, change the language, disable the service, everything is only through the application. What if I have a push-button phone? 6) You can't turn it off in the app either, they say wait for the month to end. The only plus is that there is a tariff without a subscriber. But what's the use of it? The idea was not bad, something like Tink in Russia, but the implementation was not even close, and it had been several years since the launch, it was possible to debug everything. If you need a decent connection, without a headache, then this is not Humans.
