We ordered a project for the head office of a cosmetics company in Minsk. It had to be done quickly and within budget. Since this is a rental space, we could not change the layout, tiles in the bathrooms and on the floor, there were questions about engineering, ventilation and a number of other nuances.. We have our own beech brand with corporate colors and all this had to be effectively emphasized, as in the best European offices. The company often hosts presentations and meetings with bloggers, photo and video shoots, and at the same time it is an open space. Plus, in the opposite wing, it was necessary to organize a separate chemical mini-laboratory. The building itself is located in the center of Minsk, and this has created a number of restrictions on the SanPiN. A lot of questions, in general. As a project manager, it was difficult for me to keep all the details, including approval from the building's chief architect and budget management. The Rhome team was supported at all stages, from organizing meetings, asking competent questions to chemists, team leaders, to filling out technical specifications, arranging laboratory equipment, ideas for a “gallery of fame, bar and hookah area” and allocating areas of responsibility. Once again, the organizational process, communication, arguments, and suggestions from the architects on how to do better helped us get started quickly. Thanks to Sergey, Svetlana and Jan for their efforts and attention to our difficult task.

We are very pleased with the result. Rhome Studio was chosen online, and I liked the work on the website. We came with ready-made apartment layouts and were sure that they would not be able to offer anything new. But Svetlana, our architect unexpectedly proposed an alternative solution. In the end, we settled on it. Now we have a well-organized laundry room and a separate bathroom in the master bedroom. They picked up all the materials, colors, furniture, and told us when and what was best to buy in order to move faster. The whole process of working on the project was positive.
