A great hotel with wonderful staff. Be sure to visit an Italian restaurant, the cuisine is incomparable. I really liked the pool, or rather the view that opens from the pool. And once again, according to the staff, above all praise, they are always ready to help, rescuers monitor the situation at the pool and gym all the time, as well as, if necessary, correctly stop people who are trying to violate the rules of safety and personal space of other people.

Now we are resting in this hotel , super. We chose the hotel by chance at the last moment , we did not regret that we were not in the Jumeirah area but in the Deira area . The area is quiet and businesslike. There are also shops and pharmacies. The hotel is new and the rooms are excellent, modern and comfortable. Cleaning every day , replenish all cosmetics and water . The buffet-style breakfasts are super, the choice is huge. I didn't get tired of anything for a week. 2 adults and a child had a rest . On the 13th floor there is a restaurant Thickly Italian. Pizza and pasta are beyond praise . The portions are huge . In general, I recommend this hotel. There was also a Russian-speaking girl Angelina at the reception, she solved any issue very quickly and explained everything . Yes, I also liked the pool on the 13th floor very much , the child is generally delighted. There is a free shuttle service to Dubai Mall and Le Maire Beach. The hotel is not bad for business trips. A beautiful lobby, Arabic coffee with dates for guests at the reception, a glass elevator create a pleasant impression. The rooms are not new, but neat. The cleaning is average in quality, but if you complain, they correct the shortcomings. In addition to the panoramic windows - they were with visible smudges from the street. It's clear that you can't just wash it, but still..timely cleaning is not canceled by anyone.
For some reason, they did not put dental cleaning kits in the rooms -they were brought only after an appropriate request.
Food, for my taste, no. Incomprehensible, rather. At breakfast for sure..
Only in an Italian restaurant at dinner you can really eat delicious. By the way, during the stay there was a situation - at breakfast I stumbled and fell on the slippery floor. They were given ice at the request, offered help, and in the evening a supportive "compliment" was made to the room - a plate of fruit and a postcard-a note with wishes to get better faster.
In general, the hotel is not bad, but for business trips. For tourism, recreation by the sea, you need to choose a different location of hotels.

The location is great for a hotel in the city. The old town is nearby. The metro station. Well, actually, everything is here by taxi. A gorgeous swimming pool. The rooms are just a fairy tale. The staff is all very responsive, checked in ahead of time without any problems. Well, breakfasts are generally a song, such a variety and quality of food and everyone is hovering over you.

Great hotel! It was my first time in Dubai. I chose the hotel by chance. The location is not very good for recreation, but it did not spoil the impressions of the holiday, on the contrary, the whole of Dubai looked!
The service is excellent, the staff responds quickly to shortcomings and requests. The food is varied, there is something to choose from, even though I am picky about food)).
On the 13th floor there is a swimming pool with stunning views of the city, and most importantly of the Burj Khalifa. 🌃🗼🎆

Excellent family rooms with 2 bathrooms and a wonderful view from the window. Kitchen class. The breakfasts are a little poor. The pool on the 13th floor is too small. The Gusto restaurant at the very top is just a bomb. The staff is very helpful and friendly. In total, by 5.

The hotel is chic, modern renovation, three glass high-speed elevators, orchids, a pool on the 13th floor overlooking the center of Dubai and the Burj Khalifa Tower. Friendly staff. Daily Cleaning and linen change. A delicious breakfast buffet, a lot of varied food, fruits, always fish, several cheeses, natural coffee, thermostatic yoghurts, dried fruits, nuts, omelets, beans, pastries, porridge, herbs, vegetables and much more-everything for breakfast. The hotel was pleasantly surprised, honestly I didn't expect that I chose such a cool hotel!!! I recommend it!! You won't regret it!

A great city hotel. We were with our family for the first time in Dubai. The hotel was booked by accident, the reservation in the previous one was canceled and the agent offered Rotan. At the reception they offered to change the room to a specific one, since we are for a long time. The view, of course, is amazing! I was amazed by the bathroom, separate toilet, separate shower, large bathtub, all accessories. Smart glass is cool between the bathroom and the bathroom!)) breakfasts will completely satisfy anyone - an omelet is prepared in front of you, there is always porridge, pastries, etc. On the 13th floor there is a heated swimming pool with a view. There is a shuttle service to the malls and to the beach, the schedule is sane. Next to the hotel there is a cafe with delicious food, open around the clock.

At the exit, you are immediately offered a taxi. There is an objective reason for this, the Deira district fully justifies its name.

The hotel is quite comfortable. The service is average. Breakfasts are monotonous, they get boring if you go for 10 days.
I didn't like the restaurant on the 18th floor, because the prices are very high for such dishes that are served there.
The rooms are comfortable, I liked it if I take kingsize beds for two.
The location is good.
On the 13th floor there is a swimming pool and sun loungers. And it is not possible to get there in principle, since everything is busy at any time of the day. Only once it was possible to come quite by accident and two chaise lounges were released in front of us.
The hotel is huge, and there is very little space there.

The hotel is nice , the staff is polite , the breakfasts were delicious , but of the same type .
When we just stopped by , we cleaned the room every day , then no cleaning for 2 days in a row, we went to the reception desk - the issue was immediately resolved .
The rooms are beautiful , all in the same style , the hotel is not high , only 17 floors , if you want a chic view , then it will not be here .
The hotel is located in dairy, if you are flying to Dubai for the first time, I would not advise staying in this area.
I can advise the hotel for business trips , if you see the city and breathe Dubai life , it 's better to choose another location .
It 's a 10 - minute walk to the metro , there are shops nearby , but there are almost no good cafes , mostly establishments for immigrant workers .

Incredibly Cool hotel, we would rate not just five stars, but at least 10!!!
Tourist fee-20 dirhams per room per night (+$200 deposit, can be used for lunches and dinners)
-at the reception, the Russian-speaking Mohammed Sonbol is a Mega cool guy, will always help in everything and everywhere!A very cheerful and wonderful person, when you arrive, ask them to call him, he will tell you everything in detail.
Ask for a room with a view of the river!
We stayed at the hotel from March 8 to March 17, 2023,took only breakfast (buffet, take place on the second floor, everything is very tasty, the waiters themselves come for drinks and bring whatever you want)
Dinners or lunches can be bought on the spot for 75 dirhams per person (take place on the first floor of the Morgan restaurant-there is a Russian-speaking girl Anna (wonderful and very responsive, helped a lot with the choice of dishes) and on the 18th floor the restaurant is Thick (on the 18th floor you need to book a table in advance, it's better to book on the terrace right away, the views are fantastic (wonderful Bemnet waitress is super friendly and tactful!)
The pool is very cool on the 13th floor (what kind of views and furnishings are there 🫶)
Free transfer (to be booked in advance):
-at 11 am to La Mer beach (back at 17.30)
-at 13.00 to Dubai Mall (back at 20.00)There are also Bursh Khalifa (if you decide to go up, you need to buy tickets in advance and it's better from Monday to Wednesday, when there are the least people) and fountains (the fountain show starts at 18.00, but the most interesting show from 19.15 is a must-see) There are a lot of interesting things in the Mall.

To the Union metro station 10 minutes on foot.

A great hotel for those who do not like excessive luxury. Located in the old part of Dubai Deira. But from the 13th floor, where the pool is arranged, you can enjoy the view of the Persian Gulf, ships and the Burj Khalifa Tower. There are several restaurants where you are served by wonderful attentive staff, ready to provide you with a pleasant pastime. As in other hotels, here every day by bus you can take a trip to retail outlets, to the city beach of La Mer. There are various shops within walking distance of the hotel. The hotel rooms are spacious and comfortable to stay in. I recommend this hotel.

The best hotel I've ever stayed in. Excellent and unobtrusive service, modern interior, view of Dubai Creek (from the premium room). Wonderful burgers at Morgan's restaurant and delicious breakfasts in Salt and Pepper. Union Metro station is a 15-minute walk away. On the 13th floor there is a swimming pool (small) and about 20 sun beds. Transfers to Dubai Mall, Mall of the Emirate and La Mer Beach are free, they run every day.

Very nice hotel and staff. At the entrance, there is always a delicious smell of lilies, the fragrance will be remembered for a long time later with pleasant emotions.
The food (we took breakfast) was very tasty and did not bother, European, buffet. Upon departure from the hotel, a lunch box is given as a bonus.
Location - 10-15 minutes walk to the metro, there are supermarkets nearby. A transfer takes you to the beach (La Mer), about 15-20 minutes. The beach is small, but clean and there are not many people.
Of the disadvantages, I would note a bad drain in the shower (the room was on the 4th floor), the floor slope is made incorrectly and the water does not go completely, but it does not pour out the door. There is a chance of slipping.
The view from the pool is a separate plus, you can see the whole of Dubai.

Nice hotel, nice staff, quickly responded to all requests. Clean rooms, delicious breakfasts. The only thing is that the embankment at the hotel is not as photogenic as in the photo. There were no bathrobes and slippers in the room, I had to ask, but they were brought quickly. Instead of a coffee machine in the room, a kettle and instant coffee in bags and tea (it doesn't matter to us, we like to drink coffee at breakfast or in coffee shops), free water. Cleaned every day. On the 13th floor there is a small swimming pool with a good view of the Burj Khalifa. The metro is a 15-minute walk from the hotel.

The hotel left a positive impression. The staff is polite, friendly, willing to respond to requests. Delicious and varied breakfasts. The hotel is not huge, but very cozy. My number was like in the picture. The only drawback, in my opinion, is the lack of a shopping center nearby (but taxis are happy to solve this problem) and a place where you could take a walk in the evening. The construction site next to the hotel (I was in March 2019) did not interfere with the rest at all.

During the holidays in Dubai changed hotels, it was the worst of the three. They met and helped with the luggage, but then darkness began. :) They gave us a room with a view of the bay, but there was an ordinary door between the next room and ours, through which all the conversations and music could be heard. Further worse. The room is non-smoking, but every evening there was a smell of tobacco smoke in the toilet through the ventilation - I called the reception, so and so, a guy came with an illuminator and splattered everything with blood from his eyes... There were no bathrobes in the room (I had to ask), slippers (I had to ask), and instead of a coffee maker (at least a capsule), there was instant coffee. In 5 stars then! I was also very amused by the fact that they promoted their taxi, every time they went out they tried to sell their lured taxi drivers. In short, as they say, never again.

The kitchen gets boring. The same thing. Pasta and burger at Morgan Pub are boring. Every Friday I recommend going to lunch and not dinner. You won't regret it. But that's only every Friday. The service is normal. The room is convenient. The pool is a little small. When there are a lot of people, it's not really convenient. If we compare Thai and Dubai, then Thailand is better.
