I understand that this is one of the most affordable offers on the new real estate market. Very often this purchase is forced, but following objective criticism, the whole complex is characterized by an extremely low level of construction quality, and the main problem is not even that. The main goal of the developer is to build the maximum amount of housing per square meter, which entails an unimaginable scale of the problem. The first and most obvious is the parking problem Secondly, as a result of the density of the building, the whole area turns into a human settlement in which it is impossible to relax at the end of a hard day's work. If we proceed from the basis that the house should be good, then think twice before buying a home here for yourself and your family. Good luck and home comfort to everyone.

These are not apartments, but some kind of dorm, the audibility is "wonderful". During rush hour, it's faster to go down the stairs from the 19th floor if you wait for the elevator. Very dense building, from the windows you can watch people in the next house without binoculars. There is a big problem with parking.
