That's a good hotel for business trip.
Rooms are clean, 4 elevators, 24 hours gym, spa and free pool on the roof.
Hotel has free shuttles to Dubai Moll and the beach. (They also had for the Gulfood)
-1 star because of reconstruction works around the hotel. That's the reason why you could reach the hotel only by car and would hear some noise all the time (even at night sometimes it happened)

Among the advantages: the rooms are comfortable, there is a hairdryer on request and an iron, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel, drinking water is brought every day, a safe is free in the room. The shuttle takes you one way at 10:00, 12:00 and 17:00 to the Dubai Mall and the beach. The breakfasts are not bad, but they are more suitable for a hotel 3*;
Cons: half of the sockets in the rooms do not work, the light bulbs are burned out and do not change. Dinners are not worth taking at all: stewed beans, spicy pasta, rice, some kind of chicken meat in green gravy, deep-fried nuggets and chopped vegetables... A girl can eat a salad, but it is difficult to feed a man with such food. Beach towels, as I understand it, are not provided in the UAE.

The hotel is good, we have been here more than once.
There is always hot water, good pressure. A hygiene kit with a brush/toothpaste/soap is always provided in the room if bathrobes are provided. In general, everything is in place.
The breakfast is varied, you will not stay hungry, there is a hospital, a pharmacy, several minimarkets, cafes near the hotel.
Recently, they began to delay the check-in right before the official 15:00 (usually they settled earlier without additional payment)

Ideal: price - quality. Rooms, furnishings, public, service, nice things, a rooftop pool (it's a bit of a pity that there is neither a sauna nor a hammam, well, the prices for massage are exorbitant: I did not try).
The snack will go too, but it could be more amazing at lunch.
A separate plus in the karma of the staff: sincerely-helpful-friendly, promptly resolving issues.
In general, I recommend it directly.

Nice city hotel! Not new, but everything is clean! Spacious rooms! Cleaning and linen change every day! The food is not as varied as we would like, but no one was hungry! There is a cooling pool on the roof! Not ideal, but for 25 tr. for 5 days on half board, I was waiting for something else!

Nice, clean hotel, spacious rooms, attentive staff. The breakfasts are hearty and delicious! The heated rooftop pool is open until 19:00, then you can sit at a table with a glass of wine to music, sometimes the artists sing live. In general, everything is fine, I recommend it.

The hotel itself is not bad, the staff is excellent, the food is good. It's a long way from the subway. But a huge fat minus is a large construction site nearby, apparently the subway, I think for a long time. This causes problems with walking, with calling a taxi, and in general, the view is unpleasant in all directions.

Terrible experience of staying at this hotel. On the very first night, a COCKROACH was found in our room!! The hotel administration spread their hands, saying that this was the first time and had never happened before. They moved to another room only a day later. And there were COCKROACHES in the second room too!!
No respect for their customers, no service and no compliance with the 4-star Marriott hotel! Avoid this place and its indifferent staff! Horror, not rest!

It's a straight three with a stretch. It's sooo far from the subway. There is a construction site and noise around. The view from the pool is not bad. We took breakfasts and dinners, just barely find enough to eat, so as not to go hungry. The rooms are not bad. The staff is helpful, they try their best.

There is a construction site nearby: on one side there is a hotel construction site, on the other side there is a road construction site. At the same time, listening in the room is terrible, you live like on the highway. There is a mosque nearby, you will wake up for morning prayer.

Nice city hotel. There is a rooftop pool with a nice view. The rooms are spacious. The kitchen is normal , though without frills . There is a free shuttle service to the beach and Dubai Mall.
