I'm not a fan of leaving reviews, but your establishment made an impression and I couldn't pass it by) I visited the branch on TSUM for the first time. On the plus side: insanely delicious food, the format of the establishment
, but unfortunately the pandemonium of couriers with bags, which made it impossible to get through, and the staff spoiled my impression.…The girl at the checkout behaves as if I came to visit her personally and ask her for something.
To be honest, I didn't really want to come a second time, but the food was so delicious that I decided to just go to another branch.😂
And lo and behold! Polite staff, delicious food and an incredibly pleasant place.
In general, now I will only come here for goodies.
(give the girl a day off, maybe she's working)

I recommend it to everyone who:
• Loves service and customer orientation towards himself,
• Cares about health or wants to change eating habits (a lot of PP desserts),
• Gets high from thoughtful and cool branding/design.

The staff is very polite, clean, cozy, the rooms are large, the bed is snow-white, the mattresses are comfortable, the spa treatments are at the highest level. The nearby restaurant is just great, very tasty and the staff is attentive!!! I highly recommend it
