Good afternoon, I came to have a quick lunch at your place and was very pleasantly surprised! Pilaf is very tasty, in addition, they brought baursaks with sour cream and some other national drink as a compliment. The Baursaks are simply magical!!! I especially want to highlight the work of the staff, everything is clear, polite, and fast.... Very nice! Thanks for lunch!

This is not the first time we have visited the NAVAT restaurant chain, everything is at the highest level as always, compliments from the institution and insanely delicious food. They didn't seem to order much, but the portions were huge, so I had to take them with me 🥹 The waiter Ulbolsyn brought the dishes quickly, a very pleasant girl, met with a smile. We visited this amazing chain of establishments for the first time yesterday. 1- near the President's park. We really liked everything! Very tasty, service! It's amazing! Inspired by this technique, we decided to go to this navat, to the shopping center aport. The food is just a delight! Thanks a lot to the team of chefs. Very tasty. I recommend chuchvar soup. It's just incredible! We tried it for the first time. Now that disappointed us. Service. The waitress asked our order three times (!). Although she had it written down in her notebook. But the most unpleasant thing is: we ordered a lot. And they wanted to take with them what they hadn't finished. Last time, the waiter took our food, packed everything lovingly in the staff area. And she returned it to us in a beautiful branded package. Nice. Today. The waiter just brought us containers and a bag. I'm attaching a photo. And we had to pack it all ourselves. OK, we're not proud. I can do it myself. The only question is, what am I paying 10% tip for???(they are already included in the bill) My account has reached 19,000 tenge. 1900 tips. For what? Service is the foundation of a long-term relationship with a client. I can eat where I need to do everything myself and on the foot court.
