We always visit this particular cafe Smile in Balkhash.
The staff is always nice and attentive, the menu is fresh and delicious.
It is diverse .
Free flying wifi.
Last year it was much cheaper and the girls at the distribution were cuter. Now they are different , callous and not happy 🤗

Great dining room. It is not expensive, there are quite a lot of different dishes. Everything is very tasty. We ate pilaf, fried carp, and goulash. Desserts are also very nice. The only feeling of dissonance is created by the staff of the dining room. Always unhappy faces, a little harsh and rude. I advise you to reconsider your customer policy a little bit
