We were with my husband on 07/30/25 in the evening, we always go to this coffee shop when we are in Dana. And they left without even coffee. Two unfriendly girls worked, there was 1 person in front of us, his order was accepted, and we were just ignored for 5 minutes, washing dishes, etc. No one came up, I even sat down at the bar to wait while they did the dishes. By the way, about the bar counter: glasses, straws, a trash can, napkins, etc. were put on it, and all this stuff takes up half of the bar counter. Besides, the trash can smells unpleasant. It's not clear why they put it all up like that, because these things weren't on the bar before and there was more space. Anyway, they went to a nearby coffee shop, annoyed. And I don't recommend Lavazza anymore.

This is terrible! They asked for a cappuccino with ginger syrup. We received a glass of milk foam and syrup. There was no coffee, not even a hint of it. Together, 400 ml was at most 200. The tobacco was bought by a nut. But they didn't get it. They just didn't give it to us. The girl at the checkout was unfriendly and talked so you'd be taller and smarter than me. At least I was polite. I don't know what happened to the coffee shop.
