But there are some moments that are not very encouraging: after concluding a deal, contacting the manager is a whole story. It's like the bank does everything quickly, as long as there are customers on loan, and then it's like that's it, we're not really needed. I wasn't happy about that…

We opened a debit card for a non-resident, and it turned into a real nightmare. We spent almost the whole day at the bank: more than four hours of waiting, then another lunch break — no organization of the process. The staff is clearly incompetent, constantly confused, unable to solve basic issues. The information system freezes every five minutes, and employees throw up their hands and say they can't do anything. A complete mess and a complete lack of responsibility — I am extremely disappointed, I did not expect such a level of service from the bank.

We were passing through Aktobe and visited Freedom Bank. Positive : A beautiful noticeable building, There are practically no queues! Fast customer service! Minuses: Not a convenient, intuitive access to the Bank! The staff orients the client to self-knowledge and familiarization with instructions on various issues. (I would like to have more loyalty as a customer!)
