I will never contact Garenta again — the money was written off, the car was not given! On March 27, 2025, I paid in advance for my car rental at Garenta, arrived on time with a full package of documents and a valid credit card with a sufficient limit. Despite this, they refused to provide me with a car, without even trying to block the deposit. The reason? My Findex rating is an internal rating system that should not be applied at all to foreign citizens who are not residents of Turkey. Neither the booking nor the terms clearly stated that with a "low" rating, the client would simply be left without a car and without money. I was left without a car, without a refund, and with a disrupted business meeting. Complaints to the company itself remained unanswered, completely ignored. The result: 0 service, 100% losses. I don't recommend it to anyone! Take care of your money and nerves — choose a more reliable company.
