I love Dyson equipment and am a regular customer. Received Dyson as a gift less than a year ago. The hair dryer stopped turning on in less than 30 times. When calling the official distributor, they said that they did not repair under warranty in two points. Emirates Mall and Dubai Mall refused. Personally, the paid warranty service was denied, the reason was not specified. Fraudsters work. They sell a disposable product and refuse service.

There is everything. They can make an engraving on the box. Sellers speak Russian (not all) but they are not at all interested in helping or advising you. Maybe because there are a lot of buyers. But nevertheless, I warn you that after engraving on the brand's box, it becomes irrevocable and the Arabic plugs differ from the Russian ones, respectively, when they are turned on in Russia, they could need an adapter.

Perhaps they bought from partners or consultants remained silent, the sediment remained, I will take off the star. If representatives are reading, answer so with a gift or not.
