I was very disappointed with the service at the Yunusabad branch. The other day I went to get a plastic card and was confronted with a boorish attitude. Employee Tukhtasinov Mukhammadbobur, on the reasonable remark that work had already started (it was already 9.18 am) and the request to start customer service, began to bicker and be impertinent. Our "dialogue" ended with me making a comment about his tone and asking to call the manager. Perhaps the rest of the staff are very conscientious and decent, but after this visit I have no desire to contact them in the future
